Used 2017 Lexus GS 350 Consumer Reviews
GS350 KRUAT SLAYER -
I spent weeks researching, driving and comparing my GS with the MB E350 Sport and the BMW 535i xdrive. Both of these competitors were worthy, but neither put all the pieces together as the GS does. The ride and build quality are equal to or better than the Benz, while the performance is on par with the Beamer.. and the tech is far better than either... All three are fabulous vehicles and I like some aspects of each, however I have no question that I made the right selection in the Lexus GS.

Lexus GS 350 F Sport - Red Interior!!
I compared the Audi A6, MB E350, BMW 5 Series and Cadillac. This Lexus was the hands-down winner! Reliability, comfort, fun-to-drive and distinctive style...ALL in one package. The other competitors all had strengths and weaknesses but this car checked the most boxes without giving up any of the characteristics I valued most. The red leather interior was a bit out of character for me and the fun-to-drive thing was the most surprising part (this is a Lexus?). I am constantly looking for a reason to drive the car and smile every time I get in it! I love cars but have never enjoyed one as much as this! Still loving it after 4 years. Not a single complaint (once I got use to the weird controller/mouse thing).

A proper sports sedan
If you think Lexus couldn't make a proper, fun to drive sports sedan, the latest gen GS350 F-Sport is the one that finally gets it right. Quick, precise steering, grippy roadholding, and an engine that loves to rev and hold gear, is where the story begins. With the F-sport package's 18-way seats to hold you in place, accompanied with bigger brakes, adjustable dampers, and aggressive throttle mapping, "sport +" makes this car feel smaller than it is when you're hustling along. Basically what BMW used to be in its hey-day, Lexus has targeted with this car. It's back seat is a good size, though not as large as say, the current E-class Benz. The mouse based entertainment system takes some getting used to, but works fine otherwise, and voice-command is vastly improved from earlier iterations. The icing on the cake was the price of the '15's. The '16's were trickling in with some minor styling tweaks, but the '15s were thus getting hefty discounts across the board. It made selecting this car a no-brainer.

Great reliable vehicle in its own segment
You will not get this level of reliability from European brands!!!! I leased this car as certified pre-owned when it had 35k miles. Now I already have 45k on it, and not a single issue on this car. Friends of mine have this car with +100k miles on it, and not issues whatsoever! I had an Audi A4 for 7 years, and drove 115k, that car started to give issues from 20k+. Never going back to Europeans!!!
