Used 2019 Jeep Wrangler Consumer Reviews
Radio problems
I have had 2 radio replacements and the same problem has existed since I have owned it. I would hear a popping noise and then the screen goes blank and it suddenly reboots in 1-20 minutes. One day the Jeep was totally dead and then 20 minutes later started after I called a tow truck. I went to arbitration and believe it or not lost. So I'll keep bringing it back everytime the radio goes out and hopefully someone at Chrysler reads this and helps me out!!!

Great Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
This will be my 4th Wrangler Unlimited. Certainly an improvement over the 2015 model. Rides better and handles better than the old one.

Stay Away At All Costs......Wrangler Sahara Unlimi
I bought the $56k Wrangler to tow behind my motorhome and flat towing is all its got going for it. A toy wagon handles better then the Wrangler on the road and off-road is marginal at best . On the highway there is so much wind noise normal conversation is impossible and forget using any of the voice activated features or using the phone because you can't be heard or understood, and i have the hardtop on mine. Keep getting "fatal error" msg. on app screen, dealer can't figure out whats wrong. Sometimes have to turn car on and off to get sound from radio. As if all that wasn't bad enough build quality is crap and the Wrangler managed to be the 1st vehicle ever tested to flip over during the offset front crash. Not a good thing when you are in basically a Convertible. Same result happened when they retested it the way Jeep wanted, so not a fluke. Basically if you get hit in this thing you are going to die. Talked with Jeep and they could care less that they are putting crap out. Wave if you see me driving cross country. Ill be the 45' class a motorhome with a exterior wrap showing the crash test towing a Wrangler with all this information plastered all over it. Yes CDJR thats a 60' x 8' x 14' mobile negative ad campaign going from Florida to California then up to Alaska & back to Florida, traveling for at least the next year. Taking my time stopping tons if places in between. All those nights at parks around all those other RVERS, some who are bound to be shopping for a tow vehicle. Do I have your attention now? M. Wrangler Rubicon is a Winner!
New JL has great handling and quality interior for a Jeep, 2door Rubicon turns on a dime and has great acceleration with Pentastar V6. Off roading capability is outstanding!

I'm glad I didn't buy it.
Jeep had Manager's special $26,000 in red, base 5-speed. I didn't like how it drives but in Alaska for $25K you can only buy VW Passat (which I didn't like). I didn't like Jeep either but I thought it will have better than other cars re-sale value. So, I put a deposit with my lease-to-buy plans in mind. Something didn't feel right though and I went to a dealer to drive it again. And after test driving it 2nd time, I decided not to buy it because it's too much money for this thing. First, because I can buy same-looking car for $5,000- 11,000. Why pay more? Steering was Okay with standard tires. Shifting was okay for its size (I just found out that it had transmission problem which dealership didn't tell me about, they just said: car is in a shop now for clearing recalls and kept a car for longer than they'd usually do). I'd buy it new (year old) 2019 if it was $19,000. There's "Second" which is this: car don't give you any feelings. Not fun to drive. I'll be much happier with used BMW. Buying a car because its value, was my bad idea.

Clean and well maintained.
This is one clean and well maintained Jeep. Only one owner with low mileage. These well kept vehicles are hard to find. Used Jeep Wranglers most owners ride them hard and dump them in the market all beat to hell. I am great full for someone who takes good care of their vehicles so that others can enjoy them as well. Now….the only reason I purchased a used one rather than a new one is PRICE and INTEREST RATES. I feel for those who have no choice but to buy new vehicles in this market.

JLUR with Sky One Touch
I am not new to the Jeep Wrangler with this being my 4th - two TJs, a JK, and now this JL. While the features and driving of the Jeep have improved it seems the build quality and the customer service are not keeping up with the new demand. The Sky One Touch was a problem within 30 days causing a terrible rattle and squeak. I have been working with Jeep and Autonation to resolve for the past 6 months with no resolution. Overall I enjoy the drive of the Wrangler - it is a truck and drives like one and the JL does seem to wander a bit more than my JK. It is still good in the city and amazing when you get it off road. Jeep has done a great job with the tech and audio in the Wrangler with the Uconnect system. Apple CarPlay is a big plus allowing you to use Google Maps etc. The Sky One Touch is great in terms of functionality, however, living with it is not so great. The dealer can't figure out how to get a rattle/squeak to stop. Overall this is so bad it is making my opinion of the Wrangler and Jeep decline. Until Jeep releases a fix for the rattle I would suggest staying away from the power top: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i_KWs2aKnvk

Heartbroken
My absolute dream vehicle. I bought it with 10000 miles and it was 1 yr old. I went all out lift kit, oversized tires , winch, push bar, lights, grill , ECT ECT. First off it felt amazing riding in this vehicle , people took notice, it demanded attention . How ever little things annoyed me like the visor would fall off when I pulled it down to not get blinded by sunlight instead I'm blinded by sunlight fumbling with the visor in my lap.Mind you a 1 year old 60,000 dollar vehicle... If I drove more than 10-15 miles the clutch would star shuttering when taking off from a standstill. Vehicle 1 year old.. my tires had nothing to do with this as I followed the dealership in put on what size tire I could go to without regearing..I bought it with after market lights on hood and grille at a jeep dealer only to find out from my local jeep dealer that it wouldn't pass inspection with those lights even though I bought it from their own affiliated company like that! Talk about ANNOYING. After I hit the 30,000 mile mark and it was now only 3 yrs old the stop start feature light came on and wouldn't work. Only 3 yrs old . Does it drive ok I think it drove awesome around town however highway cruiser it is Not . Wich I kinda knew that I mean if I wanted a sleek silky smooth ride I would have chosen a grand Cherokee instead people . It's common sense. What pute over the edge to get rid of it was going out to my driveway one morning to find my $60,000 vehicle that I was still at that point so very proud to own had big spots of paint bubbling on all four doors and the edges of the hood and on the hinges!!!! I live in Nh and I took Very good care of this jeep . 3 yrs old people . I researched to find this was happening cause of the types of metal jeep uses and a new paint job would not cure this but be a mere band aid for I read testimonials of others bubbling a second time after the paint job! Needless to say I was very angry and upset because I didn't want to get rid of this jeep but I also want to ensure I don't go broke and have enough money for my daughter's wedding one day. I was and am heartbroken .. thanks jeep/Chrysler/ Dodge.

Nothin like a little Death Wobble to keep you awak
My wife wanted a 2019 Jeep JL 4 door so we traded in our luxury SUV with all the bells and wistles for this overpriced gimmick. Within the first 30 days we were plagued with visors that fall at every bump and if thats not a distraction enough, we encountered the death wobble on multiple occasions. After multiple trips to the dealer with no resolutions and only promises, we are taking the Jeep back to the dealer and trading it in on a more reliable, and less frightening experience.
