Trailhawk is Amazing
Bought one of the first Trailhawks that came to Southern California, after harassing the plethora of jeep dealerships on a daily basis and even insisting on a deposit which they couldn't do due to the many delays that plagued the cherokee in the beginning to middle of last year 2013, Shaver Jeep in Thousand Oaks came through in November. It's now March and couldn't be happier. I didn't want the pricier Tech option, but I couldn't wait anymore, so I got the top of the Line Fully loaded V6 with every option available, sticker was around 41,900. Own a cabin in the mountains also, so it does come in handy
Phenomenal Job Chrysler
There is no doubt that this Jeep is the most well Engineered Vehicle, well thought, built with perfection, designed with excellence, has great comfort and great performance. This Jeep will take you about anywhere you want to go. I truly believe that there is not and automobile on the market today from any automaker that has produced such an outstanding vehicle as the Jeep trailHawk. My TrailHawk gets excellent gas mileage, a very smooth ride, and the performance is great. It is my perception that this is the best vehicle of its kind on the road today.

Jeep girl at heart
I drove a Jeep Cherokee as a teenager, and after the disappointing performance of my last vehicle, was excited to trade up. It is comfortable, performs well both schlepping me back and forth to work and tooling through the hills. The technology features are a comfort when off the beaten path, and the panoramic roof brings all of the great outdoors in no matter what the season or weather. For once, I am excited about traveling back and forth between Idaho and Montana this winter.
Hello happy mileage!
I started reading Edmunds.com's reviews a while ago, deciding between Mazda CX-5 & Cherokee, i am happy with my choice, is super comfortable and full of details as they claim, i switched from Jeep Liberty (3.7 V6) to the V4 and mileage is great, granted is that the V4 does not performs nor sounds as my old V6 did but my main concern was gas mileage so to me is a fair trade, tested the VW Tiguan Turbo and seems a more powerful V4 than Cherokee but overall car is no comparison at all. If you are looking for super performance probably the V6 will respond better to that need, design which seemed hideous on pictures quite frankly grows in me easy and love that sets it apart.
Transmission Issues
In for my second transmission @ 12,000 miles on my new 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude V6. They have had my car for over a week now and still don't know when they will have a new transmission to install. Updated 3/16 - Chrysler bought my car back for MSRP - Ordered the 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude V6 and have not any issues since I received the new car. Have about 23000 miles and running good.
