Used 2018 Hyundai Elantra Value Edition 4dr Sedan (2.0L 4cyl 6A) Consumer Reviews
Terrific first impressions!
Owned it now a little over seven weeks. Can't speak to overall reliability yet, but overall very satisfied. Great mileage including four hours highway, steep mountain terrain riding and city driving and my overall mpg was around 41 on one tank of gas! Terrific first impressions (love the heated seats on the Value model) with just a few caveats on the transmission/shifting. (It could be just me getting used to the car.) *I've owned the car for one year and have had a few issues with the heating system. Yesterday the check engine light was fixed by the dealer with a replacement thermostat part. The ride is kind of bumpy over rough roads, but then again it is a light car, not a fat luxury vehicle.

Best Compact Bang for your Buck
I just purchased a 2018 Elantra VE back in January and have been enjoying it ever since. The price you pay in my area is at least a couple thousand less than a comparable Civic (what most experts feel is the best car in this segment). That plus a great warranty makes this the best value of your Buck in my opinion.

Two brand new Elantras in one year!
I bought my first brand new car, the Hyundai Elantra 2018 value edition six months ago. I was in love with it. Then a few weeks ago, I was involved in a bad accident and my car was totaled. My car looked terrible after the crash; I knew it would be declared a total loss. However, the safety of the vehicle is what prompted me to write this review. I do not know enough about cars of the safety in them, but it was a very durable car and I left the scene with only a couple of bruises. The windshield cracked all the way to the top, but did not crack. The air bags went off right away and they were the perfect size. The front of my car was very messed up but the tires were still in great shape afterwords; I was impressed! The car also has great value. I love the blind spot detecting, the heated seats, Apple Car play, backup camera, sun roof, and the design. It's a very sharp car inside and out. A couple of days ago, I finally got a new car. This time, I bought the Hyundai Elantra 2019 value edition! I even spent a bit of time looking at other cars to see if I wanted to go with something different. Nothing beats the Elantra in my opinion: from safety, value, and design. I am very pleased!

2018 Hyundai Elantra value
This is a great commuter car! It is comfortable, easy to drive, easy to see out of and fun! The back seats could have a little more room. The gas mileage is great! (22-27 city) and (29-37 highway) I’ve got 39 on highway once at 75 mph! The seats are somewhat comfortable. The only cons are that there is no power adapter in the back seat. If you are looking for a cheap, reliable fun car that sips gasoline, this is your car!
