Great Car for the money

Had this car on a three years lease and loved every moment. Drove the car daily to work (40 miles back and forth) in NYC traffic and streets. I had no issues with the car, the tires, suspensions or brakes, they did an amazing job handling the roads and giving smooth and quiet rides. The card layout was very practical but for the front seat adjustments that are a little out of reach, I had seat memory so I did not have to interact with it too much. I wish they would bring this car back to the US. I assume the G80 will be a great alternative but I believe it is much more when I was looking to lease them.

20190809 UPDATE: Had this for just over a year and can say its worth owning. I can come up with only 1 gripe and thats the front turn signal bulbs. Theyre $30 each as they're propietary and u have to remove the front bumper to access them. Outside of that theres nothing. I've put about 13k on the car and its done a trip across the country with zero issues. Would buy over and over again. One thing i will say is pay money for good tires on this car. Really makes a huge difference. I went with continentals (DWS06's) and its almost a different car the way it drives. Its held up beautifully and looks as good as when i bought it. 2018Feb18th: Actually just picked this thing up today and have to say when they put this together they really thought of everything and then some. The outside appearance of this car is very elegant with sexy slooping lines and accents in all the right places. The interior is well thought out and even without the limited you get a truckload of features that comparable cars dont unless u spend thousands more. And they've thought of nice small touches to make u notice how amazing it is. For instance when you put the car in park at night the floorboards illuminate so you can see things.the infinity sound system is nothing short of amazing and is very crisp, capturing everything. The motor is slightly underpowered for the car but definetly provides adequate pickup while the transmission provides smooth shifts. So far we've averaged 23.5 mpgs average with both hwy and city driving and being able to whisper to each other at highway speeds. To add to it handling is everything you'd expect from a premium sedan and you can literally turn the wheel of the car with your pinky sitting still... so not for handling junkies but for those that want to enjoy the ride. Backseat room and comfort i feel is 2nd to none. There is so much room back there we had no 2nd thoughts aboht trading our 2017 Traverse on this. Plus the trunk is HUGE so plenty of room for storage. Great job hyundai and bring this baby back with unparalleled marketing to make it sell!!! Why u got rid of it i dont know... but most wont know what it is unless u explain it so market the crap out of it and bring it back (with an AWD 2.0T).

Great car

Bought mine Hyundai Certified July, 2019 with under 10k miles on it. Like a brand new car for under $25k. Comfortable, safe, and peppy. Easy with the 6 to get out of people's way, and no Turbo, so better long term reliability prospects. Been great so far - the Infinity Logic 14 speaker sound really rocks and I am an audiophile! The Limited has those extra wow features some cars that cost $50k do not have. Gas mileage is mediocre but few cars get what is claimed especially with a lot of local driving. The seats are great - a thigh support extender, lumbar, the works.

Outstanding Car

We've had the car nine months and we both like this car very much of different reasons. She's 5'2" I'm 6'2" and finding a good driving position is not a problem even before getting in as the switch is right on the door as you open it. Once started it is very quiet, so quite at times I'm not sure it's running without checking the tachometer. Before we leased we went to several dealers checking out the larger Buick, Toyota, BMW and Lexus, Toyota was the closes but ended up being about $3000 more. After driving all and keeping them for three days or so we both decided on the Azera Limited and we're very happy we did. Yep some of the other claim to get better gas mileage but have found Hyundai was quite honest on the mileage. Most reviews say 19 in town, we see 21. Not sure what anyone would want on a car that isn't there. For me that extra would be the sun shade for the back window, didn't think I'd ever use it but I pick up kids from school so I sit and wait. Our former car had black inside like this one and with that shade it's cooler inside. The back door windows have manual shades and the back is power, kinda wish the doors were the same. Everything on this car has been problem free and when the least is up unless major problems arise we will buy. Now for things that are odd. Control for seat is an odd place for someone with short arms, on the upper area of the door but you get use to that. Not crazy about the tires that came on it, tracking it not true so these tires will be changed, likely Pirelli. Two USB ports would be nice in the front, a better range of air flow from the center stack.
