2025 Honda Passport Consumer Reviews

Drives OK - lousy infortainment
We are 3.5 months into our 2025 Passport Trailsport edition. Did a ton of research before pulling the trigger on this. Pros: Smooth V6 engine, spacious comfortable cabin, great driving visibility, large trunk area. Cons: Awful infortainment. While I can tolerate a smaller (8") screen, the way the real estate on it is used, you lose 1/3 of the image due to the overly large on screen menu. Plus with bluetooth audio, the first word drops each time my phone navigation speaks up. First and only time I used Apple Carplay - it froze one hour in. The GPS does not have my home address although the home is 2 years old. The cabin is noisy at high speeds (75mph). This model supposedly has a quiet cabin and maybe my AT tires on the Trailsport trim adds road noise. Regardless, my 2015 Ford F-150 xlt has a more serene ride and a more useful infotainment. The main reason I purchased this is because they have ironed out the kinks, the V6 on this gen is tried and true plus the VCM can be disabled by an aftermarket device. None of these things are assured with the soon to be next gen.

Second Passport I have leased.
I had a 2021 Passport Touring that I leased and now leased a 2024 Passport Black Edition. I love the power of this Honda and heated/cooled seats and heated steering wheel. Lots of safety items on the Passport. I would say the one drawback is MPG's, on the highway pretty good but short trips pretty low.
