excellent craftsmanship, very quiet and smooth ride, seats very comfortable, hatchback design superior to toyota rav4, outstanding audio with satellite radio, 6 cd changer and mp3 adaptor. drawback: no power seats Get em while their still under priced
Oklahoma Square Root
Having never owned an SUV before, I truly enjoy the driving experience of the new 2007 CR-V. To go from an 03 Civic to the 07 CR-V is nice and I love the higher view of the road.

Poor Mileage
I have only had the car for less than a month and I have filled up at $40 + 5 times so far. My R/T to and from work miles is 60 per day, I filled up on a Sunday night, drove to work (commuter lot) 27 miles away and return on Monday, missed Tuesday, and Wednesday and I am already at 1/2 tank. I must go back to the dealer. I am not getting even 16 miles to the gallon, something must be wrong. Tested with no air, windows closed, sunroof closed and at about 60 miles per hour and it's like the gas is just leaking out somewhere. Don't buy this car if you have to commute!
Good Car
I'm well satified with this car, my first foreign model. The mileage is better than advertised. We drove across the country, 1800 miles and got generally 31 mpg. The pickup is adequate for a 4 cyl. but still would like more hp. I traded in a 275 hp Eldorado on this conservative car so the lack of oomph is obvious. All the standard features are nice, but now I wish I would have gotten the nav. system with all the other upgrades.
Our Second CRV
We decided to replace our 2002 CRV LX 2wd after 65,000 trouble free miles with the 2007 CRV EXL AWD. Our only reason for replacement was a need for all wheel drive. We are long term Honda owners and believe Honda builds the most reliable cars on the road with great build quality. With that said the 2007 CRV is much improved over the old body style but that comes at a price of $7600 more than the origianal price of our 2002 CRV. However, the 07 feels like a much more upscale car and we did opt for the EXL package which includes leather and a sunroof. We are quite happy with our purchase and can't imagine a better SUV value. I wish the mileage was a little better as we are averaging 22mpg.
