Used 2015 Honda Accord Consumer Reviews
CVT isn’t enough
Overall this is a great car, as is normally the case with being a Honda model. However, the 2.4 mated to the CVT transmission is not great in any way for performance. This car is very jerky and the transmission seems to get confused easily. Acceleration is also nothing to be excited about, especially when the AC is on. It’s like driving a slug with 4 wheels.

A vanilla looking car, but a good vanilla
The Accord is a dependable vehicle. This car gets Good to Great marks in almost all categories, but one. Honda should completely revamp its Navigation system. I have had navigation systems in my last three cars, a 2010 Lexus IS250, a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder and a 2014 Nissan Rogue. All three were head and shoulders above Hondas. The Honda system is the least user friendly system I have ever encountered. To say it is not intuitive is an understatement. No matter how many hours of study with the manual could bring sense to this system. In a word, it is “awful”.

Back pain
Since purchasing this 2015 Honda Accord, I have had constant low back pain with any drive longer than an hour. I am now seeing a physical therapist, and thinking I will have to lose significant money with depreciation since I can no longer drive this car. Word of advice. Stay away!!!!!

less reliable than its reputation
This is my second Accord. Each had a nagging stream of failures that suggest that the brand is less reliable than it ought to be. My 2015 burned a wheel bearing before 15,000 miles. The remote entry failed, and the replacement failed. The starter motor failed before 50,000 miles. Both cars had episodes of not starting but after a jump, each worked. For a while. Batteries seem to last only 3 yrs. On my 2005, the head liner detached after 5 yrs. Really? C'mon, Honda, put some effort in.
