A lot of problems
I like the cars ride and features but this car gave me a lot of problems. I’ve had the car a little over a year and it’s been to the dealer 5 times. With part delays I have been without my Yukon for almost 2 months. What blows me away is they cannot estimate when a part can be acquired. How can a huge company like GM let a car sit at the dealer for a month and have no idea when the part will be in. I’ve owned 9 GMs in my lifetime I might finally have to switch.this was the 6 cy diesel engine. There was no option for it

What a Classy Beast!
Have had my Yukon for a couple of months now. Wow, the level of luxury is nice with the SLT premium package. I've owned both a GMC Sierra and older Yukon, this thing blows them out of the water. Smooth ride, beautiful interior and excellent infotainment system with wireless Apple Carplay. The new body style looks great too. It's definitely an expensive vehicle @ $70K but worth it for a loaded family hauler. MPG isn't too bad either for a car/truck of this size. As long as reliability is like my old GMC's (bulletproof) this will have been a great purchase!

2023 Yukon AT4 disappointing
Since purchasing this vehicle brand new, I have had to have it towed out of the grocery store parking lot 8 month later due to the fuel pump going on it. While they were fixing it, they had to replace my alternator as it was damaged during my repair. It was at the dealership for 1 month exactly. Now we’re dealing with extremely cold temperatures and my windshield does not defrost at the bottoms where my windshield wipers sit. The wipers never defrost, I have to try and manually pick all the ice off the wipers so I can see out of my windshield while it’s snowing. The wipers need to be positioned higher up on the windshield, or they need the heat vents to be blowing lower on the windshield. My main screen it’s constantly glitching and my power running boards don’t work 80% of the time. Paying $116k for this vehicle is a large regret for me.

Great vehicle still!!!
Still a great vehicle, we did have the water pump go out on us, took the technicians a while to figure out it was the water pump. We pay close attention to the vehicle’s health, we take good care of it. I would say that we well keep it for a while, then when it’s time to get a new one, it will be the same vehicle. The size of this vehicle is huge and helps when you have to transport two dogs in a crate.

Run away from this lump of coal
This is the third Yukon / suburban we have own and by far the worst. They used to be dependable and comfortable for the long road trips we like to do. Not this one, our MY’22 is so glitchy I’m afraid to go to far from home. It’s been towed at least 3 times from our driveway after being bricked out of the blue. This year was the year of the steering wheel fiasco. Having been assembled without a the heated steer wheel we finally got a call to have it installed. Great mistake; six months later after two new steering wheels and steering columns I think it is good… I think… Everything is so gimmicky that it constantly needs resetting. This weekend I purposely left it at home and took my 13yr old Ford on a 5 hr road trip. Guess which one didn’t start this morning? Just got a call from wife saying the Yukon’s ac fan is blowing but nothing else is on; can’t turn the car on or the ac fan off… hence the battery is about to die. She called the dealer and was told to call a tow and figure out how to disconnect the battery. I’m not there so I can’t do it myself. So save yourself a lot of money and aggravation and buy anything other than a GM product.
