The vehicle has a small interior, large trunk, and many amenities. Alternative traction control, cruise, and collision avoidance system lights would come on and shut systems down. When the collision avoidance system slowed the vehicle down the speedometer did not show the decreased mileage. Having to pull over and turn the vehicle off in order to reset. Attempted several times to diagnose the problem. First replaced steering gear clock, then steering sensor, and finally the ABS module was replaced. My wife appreciates the back up and blind spot warning systems. Also, the adjustable pedals. For she is quite short. As for me the back up warning system is needed. Due to the limited visibility out the rear window and blind spots. Caused by the large pillars. The engine compartment is clean and is not cluttered with accessories, wires, belts, and hoses.

59K miles on a‘08, 1000 miles on my ’10 this week. ‘10 Taurus is structurally a ‘08 with lipstick. ‘08Taurus was commodious. 6'3" & I was comfortable in rear of the '08, no way in the ‘10. The Fusion only has one inch less rear leg room than the new Taurus! Ford chopped the roof for zoom zoom” design. Small outside mirrors and large headrests create a bad visibility problem. Outward vision is akin to a machine gun bunker. If we cut you off on the highway; it’s not intentional we just can’t see you. The old Taurus had lots of storage for CD's, GPS, chargers, PC power supply, snacks, etc. Not the ‘10. Why delete the overhead sunglass receptacle?! Nice car, could have been great.

I LOVE this car! I have had tons of comments on how beautiful it is! It's fun to drive and I love all the extra's! I have blind-spot controls, back-up sensors, heated/cooled/massaging seats, automatic bright/dimmer head lights and automatic cruise control! It's a very SMART car! Great fuel economy! It's all wheel drive and did fantastic this winter! I live in Wyoming and we have some crazy winter weather so that's saying a lot! Overall I love the car!

We bought this car last year 10/09. Have had it in the ford dealership for same problem 4 times, transmission downshifts at all different speeds. Feels like transmission is going to fall out of car. Can hear big thunk and feels like car downshifts. Is anyone else having this issue. Dealership can not figure this out, very upset and unsafe. Every time we bring it in, it does not do it for dealership
