I really love my Taurus. This is the third Taurus that I have owned. I love the comfort and looks of the car. I love the fact that it is a solid car and that I feel safe in it.

I've owned a 2001 and now I just bought the 2004 se model.Its roomy,comfortable ride and just gets the job done.Ive never had to repair anything on the 2001 except for regular mainteance,it had 124000 miles on it.The best feature about the taurus that people tend to forget are the safety features,it has just enough or exceeds in every segment,don't knock it just because it's a Ford!

Very happy with this car. It was a program car and I got a good deal on it. I am a bit disappointed in the fuel economy. I'm getting about 23 MPG at the best on the highway and about 18 in town ... not much better than my truck.

The location of the ashtray is a nightmare, try to put your ciggarette out while driving is accident waiting to happen. The moon/sunroof is also flawed with no access to the cover unless fully closed.

For the most part its a decent car, as far as the mechanical aspect is concerned, unfortunately thats about it! Ford needs to come up with something NEW most if not all the other car manufacturers have already done this, the way I see it is, Ford is way behind in the times!

3 weeks to the day from pulling my new car off of the lot the transmission fried on it. the service department says it will take 2 weeks to repair. what is the justice in this??? they dont even feel the need to rush.

FIRST OFF I WOULD LIKE TO THANK AVIS FORD FOR BEING SO HELPFUL IN GETTING ME TO DECIDE TO BUY A TAURUS ITS A VERY GOOD CAR FOR THE SINGLE MAN. REALLY DOES HAVE A GET UP THAT MOST CARS DON'T HAVE TODAY I WOULD DEFINITELY ADVISE MY FRIENDS & FAMILY TO BUY A FORD TAURUS. THANX FORD FOR A GREAT CAR.

In the 2 months I've driven my 2004 Foprd Taurus I can truly say it's the best car I've ever driven. I am so glad I traded my 2000 Accord, which was really unreliable comparitively. I should have bought a Taurus in 2000.

My mom owned this car let me tell you it is a great car when you get all the top features but the back seat is absolutely terrible you WILL get carsick after sitting back there for awhile. If you buy this car i suggest it to a two person family but when you have 3 or four people it is a terrible family car.
