Used 2011 Ford Fiesta SE 4dr Hatchback (1.6L 4cyl 5M) Consumer Reviews
Fabulous Little Car
I have never had so much fun driving a car. The Sync takes time to get used to but i figure once i get time to read the book and figure it out i will thoroughly enjoy the car. Great on hills, surprised me! drives real smooth. Lots of power, more than i expected.
Reliable Car !
Bought our 2011 Fiesta new when it first came out. Overall it is a good steady/reliable car, with ours having 155,000km on it now. We have done the basic maintenance on the car and it has lasted well for the last 9 years through harsh Canadian winters and roads. The biggest con is the transmission. It does stumble, bog down, and have problems getting up to speed. It also sounds horrible when it shifts. Ford did put a new clutch pack into the transmission under warranty at 90,000km, this replacement did help for a while, but now with 60,000km, later the bogging, shuddering, is back on accelerations. However, it does still function. Overall good fuel economy, sporty, and practical. But the Transmission does let it down in a big way. Although, the overall quality of the car outside of this is very good. I would recommend lower Mile/Kilometer Fiesta for someone who wants a reliable used car.

2011 Fiesta SE w/Sync
I purchased this vehicle to replace 98 Kia Sephia. I have a SE hatchback w/Sync, Cruise Control. I am quite pleased with the Fiesta. Good design, nice fuel economy, quit (very quit), fun to drive. The hatchback has quite a bit of storage. I like the gauge cluster and telescopic steering wheel. The low end acceleration takes a bit of getting use to - jerky starts are common. Limited room w/backseats. I like the blind spot mirror as well. Handling is good - a little loose when entering corners. Overall a great, fun car to drive.
VERY Impressed so far!
My little automatic 1.6 engine is quite peppy! I'm averaging 32 mpg in the city, and have seen it as high as 42 on the highway. The "electronic assist" feature should be very useful but may require getting used to. It got confused when I tried to merge quickly into fast moving traffic from a stoplight that was on a steep hill and in a sharp turn. Next time I'll try it in "L" gear. The front seats are comfortable and the drivers seat is very adjustable, as is the steering wheel. The storage trunk is nicely sized for such a small car. There are four cup holders for the front seat. It has a nice tight turning radius and is super easy to park!
Overall I love it!
I have had this car for about a month now and I am fairly satisfied. Im a single guy with no kids so I could really care less about the leg room for the back seat. Besides for a single guys sometimes its even better to collapse the seats down for a bit more cargo space. I love the exterior design and the interior of the SE model is very sleek for a compact car in its price range. You will LOVE the built in bluetooth/SYNC system. The only dissapointments I have is the jerky clutch/automatic transmission that does struggle at time when going from stop to 30 mph, after that it drives very smooth and it has excellent suspension for a vehicle its size. I have yet to reach 30 mpgs yet :(
