Best SUV ever owned
I have owned my 2022 Explorer for seven months now. Can’t say enough about how the vehicle handles and rides. It has a very smooth ride and handles great on any road condition. My children are grown but I can get six adults in with no problem. Fuel economy averages in the lower 20 mpg. The 360 assist a must feature. Test drove several other brands but sure glad I chose the Explorer. Nothing bad to say at the time. My daughter purchased a Chevy Tahoe a month after I purchased my Ford. Sadly yesterday the Tahoe was back to the dealership for the third time.

Worst Car I Ever Owned
Bought 22 Ford Explorer Timberline. It was Brand new. This truck was a nightmare. I had problems with it. Went I bought it. Inside the cabin it had a burn smell. Coming through the vents. It happed occasionally, off and on. After that has a suspension issues. I took it to the shop two times and they said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle or they couldn’t duplicate the problem. The third time I took it in and they found out it was something with a suspension, it took them days to fix it. They wouldn’t give me a rental car until it was a day before the truck was ready to be completed. then the driver seat made so much noise and it squeaked and it was mad at me every time I sat in the seat. I took it to the dealership and they said that’s normal in the Ford Explorer timberline. I was like the seat is making too much noise and every time I turn or set and it just sounded horrible, after that, they decided to put rubber bands under my seat to stop squeaking. They would not replace the seat. This truck has been a nightmare and it was brand spanking new so I’m done with this truck. This will never be in my family very long and I decided to trade it and went to Toyota. I traded a Toyota for Ford and went right back to Toyota so I should’ve stayed with Toyota in the first place poured your quality your customer service is horrible on that truck. I bought the truck and put accessories on the window visor and the bug deflector on the vehicle from the Ford dealership and they scratch my paint and they refused to fix the scratches that they did on my vehicle and I can go on and on, but this truck was just a nightmare , do not recommend to get a it’s a waste of money and you will be at the Ford dealership more than having it with you. Well update. I decided to trade it. I kept having problems. So I went to Toyota I could not be happier. But Ford u will never get my business again..

2022 Ford Explorer ST
We are enjoying our vehicle. At 12000 miles there are no hints of an issue. A recent 3000 mile road trip proved to be effortless and we used every assist feature to the fullest. Included with the purchase of a new ST model is a Ford ST SUV driving experience. We attended the Nashville NC facility and truly learned everything we would need to know about our ST and some great driving techniques. Ours is Charcoal Gray / Tech Package / Sun Roof
