My mechanic said the engine is crap mainly due to the notorious water pump leaking in the timing chain housing. Other explorer notorious issues.

This car gave excellent service for over 140000 miles. Fuel economy was better than expected from the thrifty 3.5l engine. The ride was rougher than our new 2025 explorer.

Our experience to get the car we have always wanted was more than met at sunset ford in Waterloo. David Zellerman was the salesman we worked with and did everything he could possibly do to make us happy and get the deal done. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help us out. make shure the dome lights work when you open the doors i have no inside lights at all no body can give me a stright anser to what the broblem is.
