Bought this car 6 months ago used. Had to return to dealer 3 times before the car had no issues. This car makes noises that can be worrisome from the front end. This car is light, easy to operate. Great on fuel. I would not own for more than a year or two, the Escape ages fast.

Downhill Reliability

The car is 7 months old and has 4300 miles and has a coolant leak. Took it for service and was not treated well. I was happy with the car until this most recent issue. A vehicle with 4300 miles and less than 1 year old should not have this issue. Tech is good, seats are comfortable and the car is very quiet when driving. Headlights could be better. MPG could be better too.

I bought a 2018 CPO Ford Escape Titanium. It had about 15,000 miles when I bought it. Long story short it had the following replaced under warranty Differential parts Airbag harness 2 airbags HVAC head unit Air bag control module New 2.0 Ecoboost long block Motor at 57,000 miles coolant into cylinder ( Google it) Major problem Not fixed Seatbelt tensioner bad Something in relay fuse box kept engine fan running even when car was off Do yourself a favor. Do NOT buy a Ford. Yes I got lucky and it was under warranty but I tried to get Ford to take it back due to it being a lemon. Didn't happen. Ford Customer service sucked and were of no help. I had a Ford Escape and a 2016 Ford Explorer limited. Both junk. I baby my cars and Maintain them. I took losses and got rid of them both. I'll never buy a Ford again. If rather walk. The Ford will be in the shop anyways so what's the difference.

Ive had myy car for 3 months and it feels like something is dragging. And the traction support is horrible, I'm so afraid for when it starts snowing.
