Used 2015 Ford Escape Consumer Reviews
Don't Buy!!
The mpg was horrible at 19.9. I'm loving my 2016 Honda CRV!! It's getting 24 mpg!

I would never buy one!
I have this for a company vehicle and it is by far the worst car as far as comfort, storage, and accessories that I have ever had to drive! Unfortunately I drive 40,000 miles per year so comfort is important. The front is cramped with no where to store personal belongings. The gas tank is small and requires frequent fill ups. The Chevy equinox is by far a better vehicle as far as comfort, accessories, gas mileage, and storage. Unfortunately the Ford was my only option.

Have days when I want to scream!
The electronics and owner's manual are a nightmare.... everything is hard to understand. now when I push the menu button to utilise my MP3 player it switches from insync to radio and of course you cannot find anything that you are looking for in the owner's manual, It's a mess and distracting and dangerous because you are always taking your eyes off the road just to adjust a stupid Radio......

Looking for a 2015 Ford Escape Look Elsewhere!
This vehicle has a history. Since the 2001 model, they have had an issue with the EGR valve which the dealers seem to be ignorant of. This issue causes the vehicle to lose power and lost steering control. I am about to take mine into the dealer to have it checked as to why this thing is stuttering and trying to stall out while flashing "Service Engine Now" on the display. I highly recommend one to look elsewhere for a vehicle as this one WILL let you down. I only have 33,000 miles on it. Yet it's starting to do the things people with 60K miles have issues with. A little too early for my taste. Anyone remember the Ford Escort? Yeah, that one went boom a lot in the 80s.
