Used 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Limited 4dr Minivan (3.6L 6cyl 9A) Consumer Reviews
Three years on lease as of now
What a great car! I sold my Mercedes GLE350 after I leased the Pacifica which I prefered to drive. No complaints with 30K miles at the end of the lease. We have owned five Chrysler minivans since 1995 and this is the best by far. Eats up miles, has lots of room especially in the front, nav is lousy but I understand the new ones have Appleplay. The free "Uconnect" is useless for us but some people may like it and I didn't go for the contract. This has been a wonderful car.
great
The best review is anyone who rides with me always love it.

Will never buy a Chrysler again!
We bought our Chrysler used but it had a clean Carfax and routine maintenance. After a year or two of driving it without any issues we have had nothing but trouble since. The dial for parking/neutral/drive etc all of a sudden started sticking and it said we needed to service the shifter. After being towed three separate times and the last time they told us that if this doesnt fix it then we dont know what to do(this was a Chrysler dealership mind you). This seemed to have fixed the problem for the next 4-5 months. Right as we started getting comfortable with it again right as I was pulling it out onto the highway the vehicle completely shut off and nothing is turning on at all. Thankfully, I was not on the highway when this happened. As of right now, we are still unclear how much it is going to cost and they are not willing to give us much because this model is known for having a-lot of issues. We also were really disappointed in the quality of the headphones. Mind you, the demographics that is using these headphones are kids and when they were using them they fell to the floor of the van and the little piece that olds the battery in broke. I looked them up online and they are very expensive and you can only use a specific type of headphones. The MPG is also super disappointing.

A plastic oil cooler housing, WHAT??
I bought a new 2017 Pacifica Limited after buying 2 Town and Country's in 2017 I DID NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRENTY, as I did for the previous 2. We'll I should have at 70000 miles the radiator started to leak, also the oil cooler, plastic housing, in the middle of the engine leaked. No help from the dealer. Luckily a friend is a retired mechanic and replaced the items, for about $1500. Other than that, 80,000 miles traded it in for a Hyundai Palisade, 2025 model. Not buying another Chrysler.
