Used 2018 Chevrolet Trax LS 4dr SUV (1.4L 4cyl Turbo 6A) Consumer Reviews
This car saved my life
I was in an accident that ended up totalling my Trax, and I walked out of the car. Upset that my first real car was now in shambles in the middle of the road. The crumple zones worked. The engine leaked everything into the road and all the airbags went off but when the door opened and I talked about it, they couldn't believe I wasn hurt. Even before the accident, I got great gas mileage and had plenty of room for passengers and groceries. Now I wish I didn't have an accident testimonial.

I agree with whoever wrote the "Just bought and will update as time goes on" review. Those that poo-poo the car either haven't been one for very long or are just out-there (I'm looking at YOU Edmunds so-called experts). I have the base model FWD and it will chirp the tires from a standing start. I don't know where they get this underpowered idea, I have been able to zip through traffic with ease and it has enough to pass semis on two-lane roads without blinking. If you actually do some research and analyse the options presented, the LT and Premium trim levels do not really add that much to the vehicle. It is a small SUV, for cryin out loud, if you want to haul bricks, ladders, half the grocery store or have a big family, get a USS Nimitz class Suburban or something of that ilk. The interior is a bit quirky, but does make use of the space nicely. It does have 4 cup holders in between the front seats. I like that because I can have more than one cup/bottle of whatever for long drives! I have had it for 42k miles or so and have had no issues. It has been avergaing 31.1 MPG (the dash says so). I wish those "experts" would actually drive the vehicle for more than half a second and when they do compare them, use the same type of vehicle to compare them to.

not too shabby
I just totaled my 2011 Jetta TDI. My rental was a Hyundai Tuscon which was amazing but heavily priced over my budget. I got the Trax and i really enjoy it. It's definitely not the most glamorous thing but still amazing. The interior is great and the back up camera is very clear. The camera almost has a full 180 look behind you which is amazing during dark settings like a storm or night time. The touch screen interface is really nice as well. I can display my map for my GPS and my songs at the same time (carplay). My only complaint really is the fact that the seats sit high where the cup holders and stuff are considerably lower than you. That doesn't make sense unless you get into one of these, go look at a trax. You'll understand then. The base model doesn't include basic things like cruise control but its whatever. I guess the lower commoners don't deserve that level of luxury. All in all, this is a great car for the price and I heavily recommend it.

Everyone was wonderful!
I went into Phillips Chevy last week to replace my old car. I went in expecting the bare minimum- any car that would get me to my destination that wasn't horribly expensive, sold by someone that wanted me in and out. What I got instead was excellent customer service by everyone in there, and especially from Joe Luque and Walter. They worked with me tirelessly until I got the car that I was hoping for but never expected to get. They were helpful but not pushy, knowledgeable but not bossy, friendly but not overbearing. When this lease is up, I know exactly where I'm going for my next vehicle! Highly recommended

Fun to drive and is gas saver
Surprisingly the inside of the car is quite spacious. I also like how quick that the car accelerates. Overall I give the car like at 8out of 10. Its a good car.
