GM never gets the credit it deserves for its vehicles. The 2014 Stingray C7 2LT (NOT a 'Z') has the most beautiful body design of any other Corvette EVER (in my opinion) with an obviously well thought-out up-market fit-and-finish (fit-and-finish being something that GM often gets dinged-on). The classic V8 engine performs as outstanding as ever and, should you like it (I don't ... this should be an option set ON or OFF by the owner), the vehicle automatically runs as a V4 getting 28-40 miles to the gallon. Why do we need this when the V8 gets 28-30 miles to the gallon: higher than any other performance car? It is a beautiful, comfortable, easy-to-drive, performance vehicle AND my husband's dream-come-true (after me).

Ditto Still going strong. Nothing new - still a wonderful car. Has about 30,000 miles on it. Still a great/wonderful/fun car! As good as ever. Summer tires were a pain, however! Got all weather tires. Better but mileage is down 6%. Still a fun car. Changed to all weather tires: much better!

2014 Z51 2LT
This is my 1st corvette. The car drives great and has a bit of power, not mind blowing but good. I have had numerous issues which I believe were (possible) latent defects that may have been quietly addressed later newer models. Brake squeal, over heating due to fan failure and catastrophic a electrical problem that burnt out the entire fuse box and mains. The infotainment is very slow to start and switch screens. Now with 3G being terminated and no fix for it you are left with out onstar services which for me was very useful. Eventually I will go back to BMWs but for now I will drive the corvette till the wheels fall off or the Torque Tube fails(which is another possible latent defect) and never buy a GM product that has just launched and the bugs not worked out.
