Used 2020 Cadillac XT4 Consumer Reviews
Poor mfg quality , Cadillac should rename to Yugo.
Look for oil leaks, Check for poor assembly quality. Also look for paint defects. Onstar should be covered for 4 years instead of 60 days. If you buy the embedded Navigation it wont work unless you pay for Onstar at their rip off rates. The Onstar audio quality is horrible. 400 mi transmission leaks and so does the oil pan and the paint$1200 option is fractured in the back rear.

Not a "Real" Cadillac
If you owned a XT5 before this one, you're going to be sadly disappointed. I was shocked at the difference in the ride, every little bump in the road feels like a big bump. It's no wonder they don't put the official Cadillac logo on it, because it doesn't act like a Cadillac, maybe a tricked out Chevy, but not a Cadillac

28000 miles
Purchased this vehicle used with only 5900 miles on it. Fully loaded and loving it. I find the driving experience to be fun. I have had the car for just over a year now. The only issue was a bad SD card dealer replaced it and it seems fine. My only wish is better road feel while in Touring. Electric steering is the culprit here,my Chrysler 300 has the ability to adjust the steering feel wish Caddy did also. The CUE system is ok, sadly it doesnt read back incoming texts like the Uconnect system does. Overall, a greyt vehicle, outstanding in the snow thanx to the double clutch AWD system. When I first bought it, I caught myself apologizing to people for buying a Cadillac, finally I have stopped doing that. I deserve it and appreciate it. Outside of Oil changes its all good and I do love the color combo, Black exterior with sedona interior. Update: I traded in the XT4 IN June. The transmission was getting stuck in either 2nd or 3rd gear quite a bit plus it was going to come out of warranty in 10/22. Just a bit disappointed. I still love its looks and ease of getting in/out. Down the road will consider a sport model with 18" tires and the adaptive suspension. Evidently will give a much outer softer ride.

Xt4
Nice looking car but I would rate a 0 if I could Cadillac is a joke. I bought a new 2019 Cadillac Xt4 it’s been in the shop a average of about 16 times for multiple different issues had to replace brake module 3 times, run new grounds twice, trunk opens randomly or not at all, gears hop when accelerating, and now to top it off the front collision alert randomly goes off when no one is in front of me. Cadillac refuses to buy vehicle back offered me to pay one car payment for all the issues.

Great vehicle. A pleasure to drive. Very roomy.
The engine is a bit noisy, but you don’t hear it in the cabin. The technology in this vehicle is very impressive including Wi-Fi capable, blind spot alert and auto Start/Stop.
