2024 Buick Envision Consumer Reviews

Great little grocery getter
Purchased this crossover with 20km on it. All my kids are starting to drive so i wanted something smaller with a full size feel. This buick did not disappoint. Straight hiway driving i can get 700km to a tank. Handles great in winter (i love that i can switch from 2 wheel to all wheel). The seats are comfortable, I love the long screen. Cons, I feel for a cross over of this classy sleek look should come with better/flashier stock wheels. No auto wipers takes away from the advancements I also feel like the paint is not cured properly. I have NEVER in my life had a vehicle where the paint chips and peels so easily. Car now has 17000km on it and looks worse than my husbands work truck. It now looks horrible. I strongly suggest getting the clear (sticker like) rock guard on it at the dealership’s expense as they will not warranty it.

Road Noise
My biggest issue with this car is the road noise at highway speeds. Cruising around town you won't notice it but on the hi way it becomes very evident. Also, the Bose sound system is sub par compared to what the competition offers. Do also wonder how well the paint is going to hold up over time as there does seem to be an orange peel character to it in spots. It is concerning to see this on a new vehicle.

So Comfortable!
I have been driving an Impala the past 10 years after owing an Enclave before that but decided to get something with better gas mileage than a full-sized SUV. I came to Buick for smooth ride and comfort. The Bose sound is rich and beautiful. Tons of custom adjustments available a click away. I really wanted a vehicle with AWD to handle any occasion snow on the mountains here in Albuquerque and this is standard on all Envisions. I was concerned about to a 4-cyclider, but the turbo canceled that. I am very happy this purchase.

Nice looking
I am disappointed in the obvious low quality materials used to assemble thus car. The seats are hard, feel like sitting directly on the springs. The doors have a secondary slap when closed due to flexing. Scary sitting in it in car wash as doors actually move in/out as the wash mats spin by. The engine noise is high in the cabin, externally it chatters like there is now oil in it. The steering wheel feels like vinyl out of the 70s. Lacks power, and only gets 2 mpg better than our v6 Encore. Over all, it's a beautiful car inside and out. But feels and drives like a 80s Toyota Celica.
