This my first Audi, I have previously driven other high end sedans and sport cars. The beautiful interior, especially the dash was the best selling point. The car has great power, handling and braking. I have had a number of serious technical problems. The first was being locked out of the car, with only 500 miles, a non operatin heated steering wheel, and most importantly a less than complete NAV system. The NAV system occasionally takes me to the right address in the wrong town. It also fails to give complete numerical addresses. Audi does not seem to have a fix for this problem.

I did not need another new car but I could not sleep for 2 nights after my first test drive...so the third day I went back and got a silver one with the 19 inch wheels! Now I cannot stop driving it...I have already put 2,000 miles on it during the first months..and usually I drive only about 300 miles per month.

handles beautifully, but with a couple of minor annoyances---shifting from first to second can be a bit jerky on occasion, and speedometer consistently overregisters by a little over 5 % (odometer also overregisters, by 1--2%).

It drives beautifully. I have had mercedes, lexus and BMW, and this car drives better than all of them. However, the attention to simple conveniences is not there. For example, Good luck finding a water bottle that will not fall over in the front cup holders. Also there is only a 6 CD changer. No additional single CD changer (as in the BMW) nor a tape deck. This means that you cannot switch between sources without losing your place. So while the car is a pleasure to drive, it does not take care of some of the simple things that you should never notice.
