2016 Audi A3 Sportback e-tron 1.4 TFSI PHEV Premium Plus 4dr Hatchback (1.4L 4cyl Turbo gas/electric plug-in hybrid 6AM)

With the new Audi e-Tron Cross-over coming out soon, I found a great plug-in hybrid for less than half the projected price of the upcoming e-Tron, and with mileage under 10000 miles! I love this car, with how it rides, and you can’t beat the “gas” mileage! However, getting in and out would be difficult if I weren’t short to begin with. That’ really the only drawback. UPDATE 2022-03-22: The only drawback thus far is the battery. At the beginning, I was able to get 30+ miles per charge but now only about 20 miles on a good day, less on cold days. UPDATE 2023-09-23 and 2024-03-25: Still wishing that the battery lasted longer but still usually enough to do most things around town.

I've been looking at this car very seriously for about a month, and with interest for about 4 months. I have taken two test drives of the 2016 model and done lots of online research as well. It is "fun" to drive and economical. When the VW diesel settlement is final, and the 2017 is available, I will probably get one.
