Used 2005 Acura TL Consumer Reviews
I can't wait to get a new car
I bought an Acura TL in Jan of 04. I thought the car was great when I first got it. Now after owning it for about a year I have noticed some issues with the car one is torque stear. and one big thing for me is the backend has a tendancy to be soft around corners its so lite back there that it kind of flops around in quick turns. One other complaint I have is a constant vibration under the driver floorboard. Good things about the car are sound system is great and it's ergonomically pleasing. Over all this car would be good in the south and california but if you live in the north like me find something with a little more ground clearance. Oh one last complant the front end scrapes everything.
My 2005 TL is worth every penny I paid.
This vehicle handles the road and rides very tight and safely. It is comfortable, the navigation system is superb. It offers blue tooth tehnology, satellite radio. The surround stereo system is fantastic. It lets you know how the percentage on much longer to change your oil. It is a luxiurious vehicle. I highly recommend this car.
WOW!
Compared this with BMW 3 series and new Audi and this car stands out. Excellent mechanically and fun to drive. You can get it at invoice if you shop around. Drive is smooth and has better response than other cars. Audio system is amazing and NAV is very accurate. If you dont need NAV test drive without one as you will love it.
2004 TL
No problems at this point. Fit and finish are excellent. Engine and drive train have had no issues but its still a 4 mo old vehicle.
Another great Acura package
Acura does it again with the perfect combination of features and price. I had a TSX before this. I loved the car but it needed a little more stop and a little more go. The TL serves that up nicely. FYI, if you are choosing between a TSX and a TL there are subtle performance advantages to both. The TSX is a little smaller and a little tighter and is still 100% Japanese. For me, the TL is what I really wanted.
