In the $25-50K price range, there is no better value out there. You would spend at least $5K more on a CTS and $9-10K more on a 3 series to come close to the level of performance and features that this car has STANDARD! After 600 miles, I am blown away by everything (especially the ELS audio!). I have friends who tell me that they would never have a front- driver, saying it isn't "extreme" enough. All I can say is that with the kind of stop-and-go, real-world driving that most everybody does most of the time, it just doesn't matter. If you want a car that is all about handling and nothing else, get an Evo or a Mini. This is a complete package (that handles just fine).

This car has a lot of pick up from any speed. Nice handling and a nice ride. It is a sports car, so not a soft ride, but it is quiet. The sound system is awesome! Fun and lively car with the manual shifter, it can also be driven hard.

Frustration

My fifth Acura and this is the first with a major problem. Randomly, when starting the car, the exterior temp display goes blank and the temperature settings go crazy. Twice, I have had a dead battery, first time at 1000 miles, and this car stays in the garage. Dealer replaced the original battery but had another dead battery three weeks later at 3000 miles. Guess I'll be working through exercising the "Lemon Law" and hope the dealer responds favorably.

Excellent cornering and handling, like it better then some BMW and VW I have driven. Nice interior for price shocked by all the standard features, so many gadgets still finding new things on it everyday

Choose TL over Accord

Looked at TL and Accord. Dealers are giving away the Accord right now. I would have paid under invoice for the Accord, with TL you are lucky to pay $1000 over invoice. Accord was a great value, but did not have the pizazz of the TL. I was still willing to pay the extra $$. Would recommend getting Navigation, integration is extremely functional. Took advantage of Acura 2.9% financing.
