After being a lifer Chevy/Ford person,
my wife bought a Camry and we've been
hooked on Toyota since. I spens a lot
of time looking around at the Big 3 and
decided to go with the Tundra and I'm
glad I did. It has been rock solid...no
problems, good power, handles great. I
don't use 4WD much other than the
winter, but it is nice to have.
The brakes seem fine to me, I was
surprised to see others complaining
about them. I've had heavy loads in the
bed, it sagged down low as expected but
took it fine. I'd recommend this to
The smooth comfortable ride, good
power, very reliable thus far.
Annoying that roof rain water rolls
right off the roof channel onto the
window/doorlock/mirror buttons. It is
easy to hit the 4WD button by mistake
when reaching for other lower buttons.
Needs more back lighting on the power
door buttons, fog light "on", etc.
