Don’t buy this suv
Volvo doesn’t have parts on hand for their recalls and can/will take weeks to order... so you are stuck in the least expensive rental

What I miss from my previous Jeep
Not enough little storage bins up front. My biggest grip is that in order to sent a text via voice I have to be connected to Android Auto. The Volvo will read me a text via bluetooth, but in order to sent a reply via voice I have to plug my phone in and use Android Auto. Driving at high speeds this is not an ideal way to send a text message.

My older Volvo is my last
I have a 2013 Volvo XC60 Pros: 1. Drives very nicely - 300HP turbo is sweet 2. Car is impressive and elegant 3. Seating is comfortable and easy to maintain 4. Moderately priced for an SUV of this type CONs: 1. Requires 93 gasoline - no matter what they say 2. Burns oil - get used to having some with you 3. Impossible to get to interior air filter - $150 to remove electrical panel 4. Oil filter difficult to get to- requires special tools at oil place 5. Super expensive brake assembly 6. Cheap mechanism on rear seats that allows it to fold down breaks after 2 years 7. Engine air filter not available at oil change places - have to order and bring 8. Cheap engine monitoring sensors break frequently 9. Metal on dash board poor selection - as it reflects in my eyes 10. Fan that blows air conditioning will become noisy and make you want to replace it All told - it's a nice car - but my last Volvo. I'll go with either German or Japanese next time.

Somewhat disappointed
Cons: The navigation system has a nice display. The problem is the software. It’s horrible. Auto start on key .... there is none but you can use your phone to start the car. Radio is not user friendly. There is no sunglass holder and Apple play is the bottom of the screen so it takes your eyes off driving to see navigation on phone because Volvo navigation is horrible. Pros: Car drives nice and has Many safety features Included. If the car had the basic options described in cons above and the Display screen was user friendly it would be a nice car without frustration. After driving this car for 2 years, my opinion doesn't change. The seats are uncomfortable, the touchscreen is not user friendly.
