V60Cross Country
First 2500 miles, the T5 Cross Country is quick and responsive. Physically, it's about the size of the XC70 but has more back seat room. You loose a little cargo room, but the kids are happier. The infotanment is an IPad, if you can't use it, give up on tech. By far the easiest system. Grown clearance is close to most crossovers It's fun to drive

Review of Volvo V60 2020
This is the second Volvo V60 we one. The first V60 we replaced after the car accident. It saves our lives. New V60 has a lot of new options. Car handles the road very well(responsive). We have this car for a less than a month.

A practical car that is fun to drive.
Nothing is perfect so I almost never rate anything perfect, but this car comes close. After owning 2 Mercedes wagons this one is my wife's favorite. It is not a luxury car like Mercedes, but it handles like a Mercedes AMG wagon and has a lot of good modern convenience features built in. The infomation system is much better than we were used to, being somewhat like a cell phone to navigate through the screens to find what you want. We like the Google navigation system which is much better than the one offered on our computer. It also has Google nest built in so you can get quick answers to a lot of questions. Their app is good for checking on charging and locking/unlocking and keeping track of parked location (if stolen) and mpg. Unless we go on a longer trip, we rarely need to put any gas in the car as within the Bay Area we can use it locally or drive to Marin or the East Bay and back with EV miles to spare. A big con which I have never seen mentioned is that Volvo prides itself on safety, yet they supply the car with no option for run-flat tires, a spare or a doughnut. Modern tires tend to disintegrate, especially when going 70 mph on the freeway, so the repair kit which comes with the car is useless. So if you are driving out of town at night in unfamiliar territory, you are out of luck.....big time. Volvo's concierge service or AAA will take you to a motel, you are stuck for probably 4 new tires (AWD and tires are uncommon size) and all the roadside risk and inconvenience you might encounter. Volvo Executive Office gave no meaningful reply to this concern. The only other annoyance worth mentioning is that there is limited interior space, with shallow side pockets not limited by the Recharge battery while the center console seems to be limited by the battery. An analog clock would be nice also, even if digital. Reliability has not been mentioned because it is a recently purchased car. So far no problems. Update: We have had the car over 15 months now and no problems at all driving regularly in SF and the Bay Area. Got a spare with rim to throw in the back if we go very far out of town. Volvo SF service center was friendly and easy to work with. Only other disappointment is that the hands free rear door (kick) opener does not work well. Had the same in a much older Mercedes wagon and it was easy and reliable to use. Google maps for the nav system works very well, much better than when I use I use it on a desktop. Volvo helped me find an app which allows me to play my own MP3 music through the radio. Infotainment system is somewhat complicated, but intuitive once you remember where to look for the control of the many different features, including multiple driving modes for the car. Yes, there is a Polestar mode and it does work, but where in the Bay Area does 0-60 in 4 seconds make sense?
Fabulous wagon
Fit and finish excellent. Good gas mileage. Very comfortable. Better then my 2018 v60. Very nice ride. Great safety features.

Nice car but don't like front grille
Has all the bells and whistles but the design on the front is too clunky looking to me. I do like the huge moon roof on the Inscription model but is too expensive for me. Wish The momentum had a huge moonroof..that might have changed my mind. The older V60's are nicer, more streamlined and so I will wait for one of those. Less expensive too!
