Used 1994 Volvo 940 Consumer Reviews
Still Going strong
My 940 standard wagon has 178,000 mile on it now and it runs better than when I first drove it home. This has been my third Volvo (240,740 Turbo) with a 5 year period in between. I don't know why I every switched. I will never buy another vehicle. My luck ahs been to good.
volvos rule
if you really want a good car that is not going to let you down, i would definately drive a volvo. i drive a 1994 volvo 940, and it has never died while driving, or done anything crazy. though volvos can be expensive now, they're not going to gost you later on.

Solid car
I bought the car w/150K. It's got 170 now and it runs great! Performance is nothing to brag about w/o the turbo, but the car makes up for it in reliability and build quality.
Loved it, and Miss it
I find out now that my first Volvo was such a rare find. It was a wonderful car, and I got many compliments even though it was "old". Unfortunately, it was totalled in a wreck. The driver had only minor injuries. I now know I probably won't be able to find this model again, and feel privileged to have owned it.
Volvo for life
This is the car you can buy and hopefully, with proper maintenance, never have to buy another car. They don't rust, are fairly simple to work on, and parts are getting cheaper and cheaper. The cloth seats last much longer than leather and you can learn how to change every light bulb on the car in under 10 minutes.
