2022 Ram ProMaster City
I owned a 2016 and liked it. It got rear-ended and totaled. I decided to get the 2022 wagon for camping trips. The 9-speed transmission was the biggest selling point, however, it will not shift into 9th gear. They told me to read the manual and it does say that it will not shift into 9th in drive, but it had to be shifted in manual mode. I'm OK with that, but it will not shift into 9th … in manual mode either. I got a case created with RAM and I keep getting told that someone will call me within 24-48 hours, but no one ever calls. I thought maybe I could buy a programmer to fix the problem myself, but the dealership is telling me it will void my warranty.
