    All I can say is wow! A couple weeks ago I was on TDY at Fort Bliss when a hail storm hit. There was a button on their website that said EZ Purchase. i figured it was a car dealer scam. I saw the payment calculator on the car I wanted. Most dealer websites have that. But then I noticed I could changed the input it had taxes and fees. It first took me to a Kelly Blue Book trade in form (word to the wise actually fill it out accurately and correctly or you will get a low value) but if you itwill be right on the money and they honor it. It defaults to their Internet Price but you can put any price in and thats your offer. I offered $200 less than Internet. Then it had me do my payoff and gave me four options for credit depending on my estimate. I picked good. It then asked if I wanted to lock in a rate by doing credit I declined. Like 3 minuteslater I get a text from Cody followed by a email that thanked me for wanting to buy the car online. That was different. It said I could buy the car online and come in and do the paperwork and leave in under 90 minutes. None of the usual 'We got great deals but I ain't giving you any info till you come in for 5 hours stuff" Cody then called I told himmysituation and he said he would take the offer to management. A few minutes later his manager Brent Morris called.I liked the fact his manager called me. I was busy so it went to voicemail. He countered by explaining that he didn't have a lot of room to move. But he would put me in for the $500 website coupon and if I would put in the online app he could either meet or get close to my payments I was needing. He also said they provide a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty good nationwide.He provided an attachment with two files. One was the warranty coverages (A Surprise it was legit) the other was a worksheet with numbers at the talked about additional discount and three payment options onee was what Brent thought he could get me. What the rate was based on the credit I told Brent about. And a payment at what it would be if my credit wasn't so great. I also noticed the application took you to where it was a soft not a hard pull of your credit. (Very Customer Friendly!) I did that and about 10 minutes later Cody called and said pick your car up! We made an appointment for the next weeka Friday I believe, and Cody had me fax over my Drivers License and Insurance and Registration to save time when I came in. I showed for my appointment and they were very busy, I was thinking oh great. Cody knew exactly who I was and took me over to the truck and introduced me to Jasmine who had the paperwork complete and took me to drive it for about 20 minutes on the highway. We got back and Brent immediately greeted me and we talked about some of our interests that were similar and we didnt have to argue about the cars price, then Todd in Finance was quick and got me great coverage that was affordable and fully protected my purchase. Jasmine had got my car cleaned and gassed up. Then Cody went over the Bluetooth and had me watch a couple of in depth videos on his personal iPad about the car I was buying (That's dedication) he went over how to do everything for 25 minutes or so. This is my eighth car. All of them purchased through a dealer. Cody Lockard was the only one to make me fully comfortable with the options before I drove off. Promote him he knows his stuff! We were finishing up and their sales Director the top guy in sales a older gentleman named Chris Giles came out and gave me a welcome bag of goodies and some cool stuff. I was finished and done and gone in less that 1 hour and 15 min! Brent came buy one last time to make sure if I had any issues to call him first. (Wow management that cares" that's rare these days. Out of 5 stars I give 50! Employees delt with in order of impact but I recommend all: Cody Lockard- Online Sales Brent Morris - Online Director Todd (I don't know last name but ex Air Force guy) Jasmine- Salesperson: I feel sorry because I don't think she got a commission on this deal but was very helpful with the paperwork and was quick. Chris Giles- Sales Director while listing him last isn't a reflection on him in a bad light, just didn't interact a whole lot which is fine because he seemed very busy. But he still found time to give me a thank you present/gift bag.His workers are a tribute to him!     I purchased a 2010 Ford F 150 from DYE in mid April, along with a 3 year, 60,000 mile warranty from Smart Autocare. On May 5th, this truck broke down due to cylinder mis-fire. I had it towed to Tech One Truck and Auto, on the reccomedation from DYE Auto. Tech One works on their vehicles pre-sale I guess. So on May 7th the claim was reported to Smart Autocare, on June 4th, after almost a month of back and forth between Tech One and Smart Autocare, I received a call from Tech One, saying that he had received approval to move foward with the repairs. On June 18th , I was told by Tech One that the truck was done and that I should be able to pick it up the following day. On June 19th I was told by Tech One they Smart Autocare had denied the claim because they did not get proper documentation to warrant the repairs.. After spending the remainder of the week calling, emailing, Smart Autocare and Dye Auto, neither of them will do anything for me, and the mechanic will not work with me at all on the $5,000.00 bill! It is now June 23rd, and my truck has been in the shop longer than I have owned it, and I have to come up with an additional 5 grand to get it back!! I would not wish this experience on anyone! I expect it from a dealer that I have purchased 3 vehicles from!
