I was sent a 2017 Genesis G80 and what I seen online vs what arrived at my home per delivery was not the same. The vehicle has quite a bit of cosmetic damage that was not disclosed online. The delivery driver told me that the car came straight from auction! I was flabbergasted but what he said made sense! The car arrived dirty inside and out and was obviously not inspected upon being sold to me. I took the vehicle to the mechanic shop for inspection upon delivery and was told it needed new front rotors and brakes. The vehicle also had a front fender damage on the drivers front and back bumper indicating an unreported accident. I sent the vehicle back immediately!!!! This experience is the very reason that I will never purchase a vehicle online that I can not see and inspect first. Lesson learned!

I am pre-approved and contacted VROOM about a listing. Spoke with a "Tyler" nice enough, but failed to follow up in any way, so after an hour or two I called back. You guessed it, no "Tyler". Now I talk to "Matthew", nice enough and tells me that the vehicle is now "pending with another client" and tells me it was "ridiculous" how I was being handled as a customer. I agreed and said let's just make it happen. Find me one like it, or have your boss call me. Then I start getting random emails from different addresses with no names or contact info. I told VROOM that it was unprofessional and IM OUT! Do not waste your time with these completely untrained and unprofessional and maybe a scam. Warning.
