A Great Truck
Wow! I love my Tundra. I have owned Ford trucks all my life - they are good trucks, but they don't match this Toyota. It pulls my 5000 lb 21 ft boat through the CO mountains like its not even back there. It is far superior to my previous F150 5.4 L for towing as far as power, stopping ability, and vehicle control. It does 60 mph plus on any of the grades where my F150 struggled along 38-42 mph in first or second gear. Its down right fast when I'm not towing. So far I'm getting 11.9 MPG towing the boat in the mountains and 17.5 commuting and around town. I can understand how people get lower mileage though, its fun to jump on the gas to see if it really does do 0-60 in 6 sec.
Great Truck!
This truck performs great! It drives through the snow with ease, I have only had to use the 4-wheel drive a couple of times. It is such a great ride. When we go somewhere it's a fight about whose vehicle we are going to take. (I usually win.)

Love This Truck
I waited for two years for this truck and it was well worth the wait. This truck is a head turner everywhere it goes. The 5.7 is an absolute beast and has performed flawlessly. The crewmax cab is cavernous. Plenty of room for five adults. The ride is smooth and the interior is extremely quiet even at highway speed. It is easily the best vehicle I have ever owned and by far the best looking vehicle on the road bar none.
2008 Toyota Tundra
This thing is huge, imposing, intimidating and fast - a Bmw X5 4.8 could not beat me. Can haul anything you throw at it, while carrying 5 people in comfort. I owned first generation Tundra which was already great, this thing is much better. I am very happy with this vehicle and like driving it more than my weekend fighter, a e39 Dinan M5, which says a lot.
The Beast of 1/2 Ton P/U's
I've owned 10 p/us prior to the Tundra and I can honestly say this is the best p/u I've owned to date!! Power, comfort, styling, reliability, etc. Fuel mileage is a bit bad but it is in fact a truck w/huge eng. I work hard for my money so when I spend 30K + I want the best and most reliable available wouldn't anyone?? Toyota's track record speaks for itself! Drive them all and I think you'll be taking home the Tundra! Nuff said!
