Used 2020 Toyota Sienna Consumer Reviews
3 Year Update - Still Awesome
Since I received the standard email from Edmunds asking for a review update: After 3 years, nothing has changed. In my opinion, the Gen 3 Sienna minivans are one of the most reliable, family-friendly, comfortable, economical vehicles ever produced. I hate that Toyota no longer manufactures them. In fact, I still have my 2011 Sienna with 170K miles. The new Gen 4 Sienna has its good qualities but give me a 2020 any day. From 2021: Absolutely the Dullest, Most Wonderful Vehicle Pity the poor minivan shopper in Summer 2021. Supplies have dwindled. Prices are skyrocketing. Times are tough. When all is said and done, however, we found a used 2020 Sienna XLE to be a fairly easy choice. We are biased because our 2011 Sienna XLE has never given us a moment's trouble, and the fact that the 2020 is scarcely changed over the years is just fine with us. Quiet, comfortable, safe, reliable...all the things a minivan should be. What about the competition? The new Sienna is beautiful, but it's expensive even if you can get one. There's just a lot of things I like better about the 2020 anyway, including leather vs synthetic leather. Honda Odys are popular, but when I read their reviews and chat boards, it seems like their reliability has gone off a cliff. Kia Carnivals are way cool, but even if you can find one, the dealers are pricing them through the roof. I just don't trust Chrysler reliability (fair or unfair), and regarding the Grand Caravan, when Edmunds says "do not buy this vehicle", I pay attention. So, there you have it. Supplies are so scarce we resigned ourselves to white (yuck), but we will get used to it. Everything seems well made and well thought out in this vehicle, and I love the new safety features. I wish we had the Kia Carnival's warranty, but it is what it is. Smart families know all too well that there is nothing like a minivan, and as far as I'm concerned, there is nothing like a Gen 3 Sienna.

2019 se fwd premium
Overall I m not impressed with toyota ... all the talk about how great they are it has not showed in the sienna. Cons: infotainment is horrid, how come they can't just come up with apple or Android play.. availability of toyota apps is less than terribe.. They will not equip with remote starter. Only via cellphone.. Gas Tank is too small , you have to refill every 300-350 miles with premium . Seats are ok on short distances , but prepare for pain on long trips. Transmission is rough at times. Ac blower is super loud in the front. It emits a high pitch sound. It can be annoying at first. Pos: there is no lack of power even with big body, you can get in and out of traffic easy. Storage space is amazing, can fit about everything. Headlights work great, great visibility. Lane departure and cruise control work great. It ll slow down when needed.

Pricey flat tire!
Ok had our first flat tire and it just cost me a brand new tire!! Who cares about a 50mile run flat when you're looking at $300! What happened to the days when it didn't cost more than $20 to fix! HUGE flaw in my opinion. I've had multiple flats in the past that never cost me much! NOW Toyota makes them so you have to buy a new tire. DEAL BREAKER for Toyota. I'll go to another vehicle company on next one, I'm not that loyal anymore!!

Overpriced under optioned poor build quality
Toyota does not care for consumer safety at all and does not offer basic things like parking assist in the XLe unless you upgrade to extremely expensive version. The dealers suck and Are rude and Toyota corporate just doesn’t care. I’ve complained to Toyota corporate Mr. Lentz CEO and they just brush the complaints off. I own 2020 XLE sienna I would not recommend you ever buy a Toyota product again. I was cheated by the dealer in Newnan Georgia.

Don't Buy
I have owned several Toyota vans over the years and they have been great vehicles. This one however runs great, but the road noise is terrible. I am sold on Toyota but I will be a little more selective next time.
