Don't bother with toyota anymore if you care about technology and mobile interface. The new so called "entune app suite" doesn't actually have any apps available. You have to plug your phone in to make anything work, so why bother? Just buy a better vehicle and use your phone. My 16 Toyota was 1000% better. Thanks for ruining my new car Toyota

This car comes with nothing. It will not even open your garage door. You will pay 2020 prices for a 2000 vehicle. Toyota is a terrible company and not in the business of making people happy. This car will lose 10,000 dollars in value as soon as you drive it off the lot. Not a good investment at all. Toyota will also refuse to upgrade you or fix the vehicle if you have any issues. Please learn from my mistakes and stay far away from this truck and company.

These cars aren't worth the money. The 2019-2020 model years had several recalls. Mine had something like 12 before I drove it off the lot. I've owned a 2020 Limited (non hybrid, made in Japan) for 3 months and the front suspension is horrible. If I drive slowly over a speed bump and the car rocks side to side the front struts knock loudly. It also happens randomly while turning corners. This was supposed to have been fixed by one of the recalls, but still seems to be happening with my car. The dealer had me take a technician for a test drive and of course the issue couldn't be replicated, so they sent me ony way. The transmission is also questionable. The car wants to be in 3rd gear at 10 mph, so the vehicle often shakes when taking off slowly from a stop. Again, an issue that can only be replicated randomly. If you are TRYING to replicate the problem it won't happen. Cheap suspension, horrible selection of transmission, doors that feel like they'll break if closed too hard, large amounts of road noise, less than advertised gas mileage... all standard on the 2020 Rav4 Limited!!!

Car battery issue

My car is barely a year old and wouldn't start. I couldn't put it in neutral and roll it out of my garage to jump. I had to get a battery charger to get the car to function. I took the car to the dealership and was told I needed a firmware update and it was free for now since the car is under warranty. Also, my engine cover was half missing and they claimed it was due to animal damage. I saw no evidence of animals, and I searched several times and found nothing. However, the technician magically found animal feces. Of course it's not covered under warranty.
