My 2020 is such a disappointment. Finally got up to 35 mpg. Horrible in the winter. Shocks sounded like car was falling apart. Took a 1500 mile trip and went from 28.4 mpg to 28.2. Used cruise control. Clock didn’t change time zone when driving through a different zone. Speed limit on the dash doesn’t match the road signs. Heating and cooling not easy to control. I’m getting more used to it but still have issues.

I do have to say that also having a Tesla Model 3, I can't get over having so many useless buttons everywhere. PLEASE get rid of at least half of the buttons. 80% of them are only used in rare circumstances, and are made redundant by the screen. There is more luxury in simplicity and clarity. The vehicle is replacing a much roomier 2007 Honda Pilot. I which Honda would make an BEV SUV so that I can ditch gas and complexity all together. Also, I look forward to the day that dealerships dry up and float away. So little value added for so much extra cost. It's just a whole lot of overhead to support an outdated sales model.

Great Vehicle No passengerc power seat. Blind spot indicator should be on inside location of the mirror. Closer to drivers field of vision. Switch with heated mirror indicator position. Makes sense Millage Range shown is ridiculous. Toyota states no issue.. 17.1 gal highlander MAX RANGE 615 MILES. Never show over 450. 1/3 tank range 65 miles. Rav 4 same issue. Again Toyota will not address ! Programing is a great thing if willing, TOYOTA is not.

Gas mileage 38mpg, high end electronics, spectacular interior, 3rd row seats are a joke.
