My well luv'd🥰 2013 mini has 282,000ks. It has been properly maintained...and remains a joy to own and drive! Comfort/handling/fantastic mpg's/reliability.that 6 speed manual makes you part of an exciting driving experience...one can't help but smile as you snik thru the gears!😁I challenge you to show me another 11 yr old car that can provide so much fun and character on a modest budget!

Mini blast!

The MINI is by far one of the most unique cars available. The interior is like nothing else out there. The design options are endless and you can truly make it your own. I do recommend a manual transmission if you really want to "motor hard" as the display says when you put it in sport mode. I've owned both and the 6 speed takes this pocket rocket to the next level. Test drive one and you'll be hooked. It just looks fun and is fun.

Decided to Keep Her

I have a regular Mini not an S. I have gone through tires. I live in AZ and you are going to go through rubber on any car especially the sporty tires. I have not had any issues and go in for my regular warranty. I have not have the pads replaced yet and hoping it needs it before the maintenance warranty runs out. I love the car we were going to sell it to buy an Alfa Romeo but we decided to keep her as our 3rd car. I have the toffee lounge leather pano roof and ice blue and the HK stereo beats the more expensive cars audio. It has plenty of pick up and when I want I can put it in sport mode but rarely. I had a lot of people encourage me not to get a MIni because reliability and expense. I still love the car and there will be maintenance. Yes as long as it is reasonable that is what is expected and that I have received. Also, the dealer here for Service is outstanding. Mini of Tempe has still remembered my car. Good service.

I love my mini but she comes with some problems

I’m at the tail end of driving my mini as I just traded it in at 109,000 miles. She’s a great little car and can still whip when in sport mode. It’s comfortable and has as many bells and whistles a 2014 can have. At 45,000 miles the coils packs started having to be replaced at least every 10,000 miles. Once the problem was diagnosed it was easy to catch early but can be pricey if you don’t do the work your self. Overall this was a great reliable ride for a while and super fun to drive. The cost of keeping it running after 100,000 is just a bit too expensive. Time for a more reasonable car.
