I bought this car on April 26 and on the third day it died. Lights flashing, alarms going off. Called my salesperson and I agreed to leave it for an hour-well-it started right up. Then 10 days later-it wouldn’t stop with the warnings and lights and I called for a tow truck. 3 hours later-all the lights and warnings were still going off. Tow truck driver arrived at 1130 and had to jump start the car to get it out of the garage. They had my car for 8 days and I got it back on a Thursday evening. Friday when I went to leave work. All the lights and warnings came on again. Couldn’t do anything with the car. After an hour of waiting for the tow truck, k started it and it was fine. I drove it to the dealer and they have had it for 2 weeks low. I have been without my brand new car for 32 days and counting. I have asked the dealership and MBUSA for a refund. They keep pushing back asking me to be patient. Frustrated for sure!! Update, dealer gave me a full refund and yes, I purchased another one. I love the car!

I purchased 2023 Mercedes Benz GLC 300 suv 4matic brand new with 4 miles on itMay 26 2023.This after the vehicle i ordered in January with a signed contract to purchase it never appeared and was never produced. The dealer couldn't provide any answer as to why so many other vehicles arrived at thier dealership but not mine. Leaving the dealership dissapointed after speaking with the sales manager about my car that was not even in production I asked to see one of the ones they had in inventory and loved it and purchased it that day. I purchased the current one and was very happy for 5 days. I went to start the vehicle on the 5th day and it wouldn't start. I tried to jump start the vehicle and it still didn't start.I called for for towing and they were about 98 minutes out from picking up the vehicle. I was waiting for towing and then decided to try and start the vehicle after about 20 minutes and it started but with an engine trouble light on the dashboard. I decided to take the vehicle to mercedes Benz dealer from where i purchased the vehicle about 2.9 miles away. I purchased it on May 26th 2023 and it's been at the shop ever since then. The service Advisor told there is software fix they are working on in mercedes benz in germany and there is many similar vehicles in the same situation. They tried to return the vehicle to me because it was starting after they worked on it some, but they issue has not fixed they service advisor told me. I considered taking back the car. After some consideration I did not accept the vehicle back unrepaired. I thought that wss a risk to drive the car unrepaired and they agreed and gave me a loaner. Now I am driving a loaner for about 10 days. The dealership has no idea when it will be fixed.I have called general customer service number for mercedes in the usa to see if they an idea and they could not provide me with any answers except a reference # for my call to them. Quite Dissapointed

Just purchased the new 2023 GLC three weeks ago, now the car won’t start, keeps showing “12V On-board Electrical System Service Required”. It’s at the Mercedes service center now, they’ve informed me that new C class has the same issue, but they don’t now when it can be fixed.

2924 GLC 300 I’m back at the dealership a second time. One week ago I had a broken ignition coil. I could barely accelerate and it was terrifying driving to the dealership since this happened as I was exiting the freeway. Had already had multiple episodes of random delay followed by thrust when pushing on the ignition pedal. I’ve had massive difficulty with the touch system. I have to take my eyes off the road to find the icon on the screen then aim at the icon on the screen then accurately push the icon on the screen. I want knobs and buttons so I can feel for them while I’m driving rather than have to look for them . Very very dangerous to have eyes off the road for that long and massively frustrating! Have had to call the app multiple times, because remote start stopped working. went to dealership a different time because my tire light wouldn’t go off. They said it had not been calibrated. I’m going car shopping today. Have had car 3 1/2 months. DO NOT BUY
