Watch out for paint chipping soul red color
Just bought a 2021 Mazda 6 Touring Plus today and noticed at the point of sale, paint chipping spots on the hood and side panel. Dealer says he will touch it up, but now I discover that many mazdas have this paint problem. Just worried that I bought a lemon. Car appears to drive well though.

A car for short people with 6 ft.long arms.
Worst car I’ve ever leased,I’m 6 ft. tall and had the seat as far back that it would go and felt like I had to be a contortionist to get in and once in could not reach the door to close it.Even my wife who is 5’8” could not reach the door, with the seat about halfway.

Mazda6 GT - meh
I have to first state that this was not the car I initially set out to buy. The COVID season inexplainably brought out the urge to purchase cars by the entire population, and needing a car but unable to find what I wanted, settled on the GT. It's an attractive car and the interior is well appointed -- nothing looks cheap. The turbo delivers quick accelleration. However, this is definately not a driver's car First off, the handling is not as tight as I'd like. Turning a corner at speed is a dicey affair - the car does not feel confident. The suspension also is not up to par -- you feel every pebble on the road. My old Civic rode better. It comes with sport tires. Bad news -- had to replace 3 tires within the first 15,000 miles, with the fourth gone at 25k. Good news-- the sport tires make a big difference on the handling and drivability. How do I know? After the 3rd tire wore out, I replaced two tires with standard all season tires, and the car then handled like crap. But the worst of it is how the navigation/radar/cruise control system works. When cruise is on, the car will automatically brake when you approach someone in front of you. And when I say brake, I mean hard jolting brake that lurches you into the windshield. The car does this quite regularly. If you are passing someone and they slow down in front of you, the car slams the brakes on. If I didn't know better, I'd say the car is trying to kill me. So far I have not found a way to turn off the radar/hard brake function. There is also a "feature" that stiffens the steering when you attempt to change lanes. This appears to be a concession to either narcoleptics or to those drivers who spend the bulk of their attention on their IPhone instead of the highway. But for someone who likes to drive, it's beyond annoying to have to always wrestle control of the car. Fortunately there is a way to turn this annoyance off. There are lesser quibbles too. All told, not the most fun car to drive.

Can't wait to trade it!
It's the worst car I ever owned 2021 Mazda 6 always hit my head getting in and I'm 5'3 no room. My 6ft grandson can't even ride in it roof to close. The ac never cools down. Heats up real fast in car when ac turned off. Tried to turn it back in before 3day return no questions asked got the oh..the manager is not here call tomorrow until it was to late to turn in. I wish I never traded.
