Sporty wagon

2005 Mazda 6 s 4dr Sport Wagon (3.0L 6cyl 5M)

My wife wanted another wagon even though our Passat wagon left me with a bad overall impression. So after doing my research, I decided to look at the Mazda 6. Boy, am I glad that I did! The car is very attractive and although I have owned for a few months, it has gotten more compliments than my Honda or VW ever did. The car satisfies my need for sportiness while meeting my wife's need for versatility. If anyone is seriously looking for a sporty "people mover," I strongly encourge them to take a look at this vehicle.

Move over Maxima

Car is a lot of fun to drive. In sales, my car is my desk and this car fits the bill. Map lights (front and back). My kids love to read and the lights don't interfere with my vision. Storage compartment in front dash is very convenient. Car has plenty of pep and the manual shifting is slick when you want to play. I had two Maximas before this and this car is in the same league.

After drooling over the Mazda RX8, reality knocked on my door. The Mazda6 was the great surprise. I tried the Accord, the Camry, and even the Infinity G35 for kicks and found this car the most beautiful and fun to drive. Took the GT package, but left off the front/rear spoilers and sills. Instead, added lip spoiler, clear tail lights, a sports grill (sharp) and added a chrome piece above rear tag. It is EVERYTHING I wanted in a car - class with a sporty twist. My faith has been restored knowing that driving can be fun again.

Slick Car, Great Comfort and Best Buy

Car is designed and handles like a slick-looking sports car. Ride is quiet and handling is tight. Interior layout is wonderful with ergonomics that rival high end luxury cars. Instrumentation is accented with nice red backlighting and slick looking silver trim. The 5 speed shifting is smooth and acceleration is quick and nimble. Storage space is plentiful especially with the rear seats folded down. This car is well built and is the car for people wanting a sports car for a family. A best buy!
