Our 2019 Nautilus had less than 200 Miles when it started having problems with the transmission. Going up hills it fluttered extremely bad. Took it to the dealer which gave us the run around. After 7 months replaced a catalytic converter which corrected about 80% of the Problem. Also, from the day we purchased the vehicle when putting in drive the second time the car clunks and jerks. This happens only when putting in drive for the second time after auto sits for about 6-8 hours

Love this vehicle. I have had it for two years and not one issue. Would recommend this vehicle to anyone. It is a nice step up from my 2016 MKX

Nice riding car; luv all the extras that I got with having a Blake Label. I have a 6 cylinder. The screen is big and I can read it. This Nautilus has push buttons for Park, Drive, Reverse which looks great but it took me a few days to get used to that. My tires are Continentals which really was a plus for me as I retired from Continental Tire with 48 years of service. They are wonderful tires. I have my ambient lighting set to purple which is my favorite color. Nothing bad to say about my car. It is a 2019 and I only have 4811 miles on it. I purchased rather than lease because the Nautilus is top of the line and I plan on keeping it for a long time now that I'm retired.
