Love this car
Walked into dealership on last day of Lexus December sale which ended jan 4. They had the exact car I wanted and made me a deal I couldn't refuse. Car is solid, rides smoothly and is very accommodating for a 6'1" 200 pounder I've had an BMW X3 and a ml350 and I like the way this car drives much better. I love the way the rear seats slide forward for more cargo room . I didn't like the look of the 2016 . It looked like a murano to me. If you can still find a 2015 model, buy it. It's a very smooth driving car vehicle

Perfection Achieved!
This is for all those who want a luxurious experience! It's fun to drive, has amazing details and the best sound system ever. The navigation is a little bit harder for some to use (it has a mouse versus a touch screen) but even that is no reason to skip on the Premium package.
Dependable Lexus
Wonderful SUV! Has met all my needs, no major issues only routine maintenance.

Looks good but really rough and bumpy ride
I fell in love with this car at the dealership due to the contemporary luxury styling and the color. I test drove it and it looks like the dealer had kept the tire pressure under inflated to hide the ride quality. After I bought a certified RX 350, it I cannot believe how unbearably bumpy it has been. Not at all what you would expect from a Lexus. My RX 350 came with the sport tires. I took it to multiple Lexus dealers to find what's wrong with it and they all returned it after the service stating that unfortunately this is the expected ride quality of the 2015 model. Really bad ride quality as the whole vehicle is very stiff and everything shakes over minor bumps. The steering is also very tight. I'm waiting to upgrade to the 2016 model as the newly redesigned models ride much smoother when I got them as loaners. I would not recommend the 2015 Lexus RX 350. Really disappointed with the Lexus brand at this time.

Satellite Radio Problems
Disappointed. I bought a 2015 Lexus RX350 this June (replacing my 2010 RX350), immediately noticed that reception of the satellite radio is constantly being interrupted. I have had Sirius Radio for 10 years now; I am driving down the same streets and have never before had any service interruptions. Lexus has told me they cannot do anything about it. Local dealer has told me it is a problem with all 2014 & 2015's.Truly affects the enjoyment of my driving experience.
Gridlines Disappeared
Overall I love this car, however, a recent experience has opened my eyes to what Lexus is willing to do to create a positive customer service experience. I have had this 2015 RX for 2 months. I brought it in to service this week due to the fact that the gridlines disappeared when backing up. I am being told now that the navigation system in the 2015 and camera system does not come with gridlines. I feel that these folks are calling me a liar. Why on earth would I take my car for service and ask them to fix this issue if they were never there to begin with. Service manager has contacted Lexus technical assistance and checked other 2015 models and is basically stating that the car was never equipped with the lines. I am not a happy customer........Those lines helped guide me when backing in to a tight space.

Wipers don’t work
My wipers on the auto mode don’t work properly. I wish I knew others that have this problems on my 2015 RX 350
like the model
right size for young lady. the back door sometimes couldn't close automatically.
Best vehicle I have ever owned
Great ride, comfortable vehicle and serves almost all purposes. We also own a 2018 RX 350 as well. 5th Lexus in a row in our family. Lexus service is unbeatable and fairly priced
Best upgrade ever
After owning this car for 18 months I am stll impressed. My one complaint is the dealership where I purchased the car. I don't understand why they charge more than 3 times the amount as other dealerships for the 15,000 miles service.

This is what you get for $40,000, Really?
My wife wanted a fancy Lexus and so far I am very unimpressed! This RX-350 rides very rough, it's like riding a buckboard, it's terrible! I might as well be riding in a Toyota Corolla or a Nissan Versa. I also can tell this vehicle is going to be a nightmare for repairs. There are way to many things to go wrong, electronics, sensors, way to much for me. I would give anything to get my 2005 Toyota Highlander back - anything! Not only am I having "buyers regret", I'm also irritated that I allowed my lovely wife to choose this vehicle. UPDATE - I still am paying for a POS vehicle that RIDES LIKE A BUCKBOARD!

Lexus should be ashamed
I just bought a 2015 F sport to replace my 05 BMW X5 4.4i. All I can say is that this car is complete garbage. I've never felt so much body roll and front end weight in my life. This thing under steers like no other in a corner. It's a bad feeling when the wheels turn but the car doesn't. My ten year old X5 pulled so much harder and handled much much better even with it being a lot heavier than the RX. I felt safe in the X5 performing high speed maneuvers while I don't even trust the RX to take a 15mph corner. The engine in the RX is garbage as well. All this thing is is a glorified Toyota rav 4. I'm going back to the Lexus dealer to get my BMW back for me and my families safety.
GARBAGE vehicle
Navigation system did not show road speed limit, lexus customer service do not stand behind product, very poor customer service.and also in navigation system only work with voice activated, in order to search point of destination you must have to pull over car , then you can search, so i am caring after market navigation system with me, What a rip off $2000. I am going back to Acura MDX. which is not only cheaper but best reliable, comfortable. easy to handle.
Exceptional car. My wife and I love it so far.
Best choice you could make. The Cadillac SRX had to many negative reviews or we most likely would have bought that for the savings, but no regrets at all.

The paint color is off too much.
I bought a new Lexus 350 RX in 2015 with the color of Pearl White. My teacher colleagues and I noticed later that the rear bumper color is different from the body. It is kind of yellowish. I understand that the bumper is plastic, the color is always a little different from its body. I accepted this little difference. But my bumper's color, in brief, is off too much. My relative told me the bumper looked like repainted after the car crash. I have been contacting Lexus Dealer since then. They repainted the bumper but its color is still off too much. They refused to paint it again. Everybody who sees my car told me the rear bumper color is off too much, which makes people think this car once had a crash, the bumper was repainted. I was told by the Consumer Authority person that I could bring this matter to the small court. I already have a court day. I would like to give my advice to anyone who wants to buy Lexus cars, which is: look carefully at every parts of your new car before you drive your new car home. In addition, my GPS failed in taking to the restaurant where I was invited to. My tire pressure warning light is on many days of the year even if the tires pressures have no problems at all. I am a good driver for 23 years and have no accident at all. My experience tells me Lexus is not a good car.

Lovin life!
Lexus makes a quality car/suv that I appreciate. The comfort level is wonderful and it is so quiet when the windows are closed. It drives great and easy to park and maneuver thru traffic. Great sound system, Bluetooth is awesome. All in all I couldn't be more pleased.

Great used 2015 Lexus RX 350
Just purchased a used 2015 Lexus RX 350 with moonroof, blind spot monitoring, parking assist, and not much more as far as options. After 1 month, I love it as much as the day I bought it. Smooth ride, rarely notice gear changing, gutsy enough for hills or freeway on-ramp acceleration, luxury feel inside. I have always bought Toyotas for their dependability and this is my first Lexus and couldn’t be happier with the value. 60k miles, excellent condition, $18.5k.

Sweet SUV
This is a very nice vehicle and the 1st SUV I've purchased. It's not huge in size and was a great transition from the sedans I've driven over the years. It has all of the extras I need, it's very spacious inside and has a great ride. I'm sure I'm going to enjoy it for many years

Car is okay
I had an Audi Q5 which was tight, peppy, and had the driving experience of a German engineered car. The Lexus is a completely different driving experience. I'm not sure yet if I like it or not. I did love the Audi!
