I purchased a 2023 GC L - Overland and while it is very comfortable it has been nothing but a nightmare. Currently has just over 19k miles, and have had to have motor mounts replaced which took over a week to fix and months for the dealership to agree with my diagnosis and agree to fix, bunch of electrical issues, lights going out or off, system locking up while car was running, unable to shut off safety features that locked up handling because buttons or touch screen didn't work, heated seats stopped working, and repeatedly being told they can't figure it out. Apple car play in this car is a joke, it repeated drops and disconnects requiring pairing again. If you need a reliable car, this is not it.

This is the first brand new SUV I have bought. While I was a bit skeptical about getting brand new, I'm glad I did. There were a couple of glitches in the beginning, like the passenger side mirror didn't close when I locked it and the sensor for the back lift gate didn't register, however after driving it around for a bit those issues seemed to correct themselves. This is not my daily driver, more of a weekend vehicle. I am quite pleased with the features it has, such as the massage seats and the TVs in back can have 2 different shows at once. No grandkids yet but when I do this will be a nice feature.

I absolutely love this vehicle!!! If you’re looking for something smaller than a Tahoe but larger than a Highlander, than this is this vehicle. I have the V6 and agreed with review that it is a bit underpowered… but if that is a major concern for you opt for the V8. Ride quality is excellent, interior feels premium, infotainment system is responsive. Never thought I would purchase a Jeep…but it’s been great so far. 11k miles and flawless.

The car is incredible. The features it comes with are excellent and modern. Love that I can use an app to control some of the features of the car. Overall, a great purchase
