I love all the features and the ride of the vehicle. The heated seats are nice, but the massage feature doesn't really really like a massage and doesn't supply much lumber support. Every thing was going well until one fine day when it wouldn't start. I had to jump start the car three times and the third time I had to have it towed into the dealership. This is when I discovered that if your car is dead, there's no way they can load it up onto the tow truck. There's no way to put the car in Neutral without starting it, so it would have to dragged onto the tow truck. They had to jump the car to load it onto the flatbed! During the same time, the passenger seat wouldn't move backwards, forward, lean back or massage. The found a faulty servo motor and replace it, but as for the battery, they found a mysterious electrical draw that they couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Just like magic, poof! It went away and they gave my car back. About a month later, I went in for an oil change and they had to charge the stinking battery again. I left nothing plugged in and no lights on, all doors securely shut. Now I have another problem, the car just turned a year old and the pistons that open and close the back hatch failed. That's right, my back hatch won't open and there's no handle to manually open it. I have to pry my door open. I took it to the dealership once again and had to wait over a week for the part to come in. It's covered under warranty, but I was told those pistons are normally $1,000 each and there's two. Wtf? This is not what I expected when I decided to spend a bunch of money for a luxury car. Update, the back hatch motors are failing again after the dealership replaced them at about 30,000 miles. I now have 43,000 miles. Not happy.

We have a complicated relationship. This car is super comfortable- if you pull the second row up a little, the third row can easily accommodate at least an adult and a child. That was a big selling point. The features are wonderful- when they work. Within the first year, they had to replace the sonar, a part on the mirror because it would no longer fold, and fix the trunk- which still doesn't always open on command. Now I've just learned that I need new rear brakes (incl. rotors) at 22,000 miles. Front brakes are fine. I live in the suburbs, my car has it easy. Well, it did. We're parting ways.

I love my car and everything about it! Interior and exterior is beautiful, and it drives and rides great! I have a 2023 Autograph AWD with Warm Titanium exterior and Black interior. It is my first luxury car and it did not disappoint. It is everything I wanted and more! I’ve had several people stop me and tell me how beautiful my car is. I highly recommend!

For the money it's amazing value. There was some fit and finish issues which I had resolve but much less money than Genesis GV80 or Aviator let alone Q7 or BMW. I enjoy the driving and the ride is great. No air suspension to maintain or have issues with in the extreme cold as I have had with both BMW and Porsche in the past. Fuel economy in eco mode is better than EPA estimates surprisingly so.
