2025 INFINITI QX60 Consumer Reviews

Very glitchy
Had a 2014 QX60 - this feels smaller. The looks are great but that’s the extent. - Lots of slop in the transmission, so parking and auto-stop start have a LOT of jerk. - Heated front seats are luke warm at best - The side mirrors tilt UP when backing up instead of pointing down (seems like a software glitch) - The brightness of the driver cluster and main screen are not in sync - they can and have different levels which is very strange. - The driver cluster bright levels 0-90% are good, but then 90-100% is like going from not looking at the sun to suddenly looking at the sun. - overall software glitches - it’s not good folks. It feels like a car company trying to be like Tesla software wise but they haven’t hired any software people to pull it off. We frequently loose saved stations, CarPlay takes over the entire Audio section at times (no way to change to FM or XM), etc. We want to like this car because the 2020 XC90 wasn’t ideal and we’re ready to get back to something we thought we knew was stable and great (our old 2014 QX60) , but this is bad. Will likely eat equity to get out of this early.

Unexpected Breakdown: 2025 QX60 - Engine Stalled
I recently purchased a brand-new Infiniti 2025 QX60 (Luxe) from Infiniti of Omaha on August 24, 2024. Unfortunately, less than two months later, my car has spent about 20 days in the dealer service center. On September 19, I experienced a serious issue: the Malfunction Indicator Light began blinking, the car automatically shifted to neutral while driving, and the engine behaved erratically. Then, on October 24, the same issue reoccurred—this time, the car unexpectedly shifted to park and stalled at a traffic light. My wife and child were left stranded in chilly Nebraska weather for about 3 hours until the car was towed, a very distressing experience. Now, more than three weeks later, Infiniti Consumer Affairs is considering options, including an engine replacement or a repurchase. Given that this is a brand-new car, I am concerned about the idea of an engine replacement and would prefer a full refund (including taxes) or a replacement vehicle. I hope Infiniti will take full responsibility and work toward a resolution that reflects the trust customers place in their brand.

2023 Qx60 disaster and danger
First of all, the Infiniti Qx60 is not safe for the family. I bought a new car. Two days after I bought it, the stereo was completely damaged. Second, the car turns off by itself, it is not auto off. The car runs and turns off out of nowhere and The engine light came on and in a new car with 120 miles I reported it to the dealer and they said they were going to check it but the car stayed the same now it has 5 thousand miles and I don't use it because I'm afraid for my children the car will turn off alone and cause an accident I do not recommend it for the safety of the family and I am not judging all the Infiniti I have a fx35 and I have never had a problem since I bought it but the 2023 qx60 is a disaster and a danger

Nice looking car, but terribly manufactured
Do not buy a QX 60 had my car for just a year had to change the rear brakes a year later had to change the same rear brakes. I do not drive reckless. They use cheap parts. From what the maintenance representative told me they use “thin” breaks. The dealership told me they had many customers complaining about their need to constantly change the brakes. my rotor is also had to be resurfaced both front and rear car less than three years old. Also had to change the tires a little over a year. I’ve had many cars and I’ve never had that issue so all in all ever since having the vehicle is always been something. Never again. The leather in the inside of the car is cheap it cracks and looks like ashy type smears as if solid white deodorant is on it. Servicing the car after purchase has been a nightmare. Put more money and maintenance cost than the monthly payments. Will never buy a Nissan or Infiniti manufactured vehicle again. Same car Nissan is their less than luxury models and Infiniti is supposed to be their luxury brand of cars.
