Used 2020 INFINITI QX60 Consumer Reviews
more reliable, less expensive than the Euro brands
Bought this 2020 QX60 Luxe AWD with 14K miles as a dealer demonstrator. It's my second Infiniti. I find the comfort and fuel mileage to be excellent for a heavy SUV of this type. I average 24.5 to 25 mpg on premium fuel in mixed driving. No problems at all in the first year. The Nissan/Infiniti six cylinder engines are great motors. Just do 5K mile oil changes with synthetic oil and it should be flawless for years. I do my own oil changes and they're easy to do. Now at 32K miles, still no problems to report and no trips to the dealer. I will be doing a CVT fluid drain and fill in the next month. The CVT is the only detractor on this SUV, and for most people it should not be a deal breaker.

QX60 review
Looks, performance, quality, all I could ask for. Even used, with minor dinks, more than I could hope for. Really nice vehicle.

Driver side window & lower heating issue
This is second time I had issue with driver side window would not close when temperature drops to -15c. I had to take to the shop for repair. And lower area heating is not hot as any other cars that I have driven. They said, that’s how they designed????
Maybe won't last forever
We downsized from an Expedition, so, to be fair, the QX60 is roomy enough for our needs. Drives well. Holds the road in stormy weather. Visibility is a problem (headrests obscure rear view). Getting in and out is ok; there is enough door clearance, but we hit our knees on the driver's side dash due to design. QX60 has third row seats, but mainly for kids, not adults. What sold us on this model is the roomy cabin and leg space in front and second row; better than other suvs in this class. Unfortunately, the automatic windows (front driver and passenger sides) decided to quit working while we were on the road, and had a costly, trip delaying repair on a vehicle we had for only three weeks! Of course, we didn't buy the warranty, and we signed away our rights at the dealership. Our bad. We'll see if we can adjust to the smaller space as we continue to travel, otherwise, we may find something bigger. The Infinity QX60 rides just fine though and we feel safe on the road.
