Soggy bottom
Have a 2022 sel had first rain since purchase. Recently installed tonneax cover first hard rain and the floor on passenger side is a soggy mess. Dealer looked at it and could only assume it was doe to cover install not. Under warranty. Removed cover reinstated original screws and it is still wet. Love this truck...er...car...er...SAV!
If you tow a lot and haul a lot, this isn't for you. This isn't a farm truck or a work truck. But if you live in the suburbs and use a truck bed for the occasional camping trip, kayak trip, or trip to Home Depot, this thing is great. Tons of useful features on the outside (taneau cover, roof rails, AC outlet in the bed, etc.) On the interior, the Limited trim is amazing. Those complaints about not having knobs? Forget 'em. That doesn't bother me at all. And the clean look and functionality are awesome. It just looks cool. Lots of connected features like remote start, digital key, etc. And the smart, adaptive cruise control is a game-changer.

Great SUV-truck
I’ve owned many pickups, from small Fords to big Silverados and F-150s pulling trailers, RVs and boats. The downside to most of these trucks has been they are just too big for city driving & parking, and thus are really “second” vehicles. Our Santa Cruz addresses this dilemma with its compact size, easy maneuverability, and small-job cargo space. In other words, it is a great urban truck. Certainly not for everyone, but in my case, a great solution to the urban truck quandary where someone needs an SUV most of the time and truck occasionally. Great build quality, nice interior, and stylish design. If you need a big truck for hauling stuff this won’t work for you, but if you have a truck for that, this will become your everyday go-to errand-runner and favorite SUV-truck. I opted for the standard engine, and it is a great power-economy balance. Favorite accessory: roll up tonneau cover for securing the bed from prying eyes.
