2024 Hyundai Palisade Consumer Reviews

Luxury on a budget!
Excellent ride quality, interior materials feels and looks better than higher luxury SUVs. The sport mode is null and void in my opinion. Beautiful exterior. Definitely luxury on a budget if you call 61k a budget.

Tow hitch location deal killer
Hyundai advertises the Palisade’s towing ability. Only after market tow receivers are possible, nothing from factory. I will just buy another Expedition (or perhaps Explorer) where everything is factory and less expensive. Tow bars only 10” above pavement areabsurd.

Very cheaply made
When we purchased the Palisade we couldn't have been happier, then after about 10,000 miles it started falling apart. For starters the hood is to big for the opening, then at about 15,000 miles the entire rear suspension went out. Took it to the dealership and was told a service bulletin was issued for the struts and strut mounts going out, then Hyundai retracted the bulletin because they couldn't get the parts (was told this by the service manager). I was then advised the car was ok to drive even though the rear struts were no good, big question mark there. So, after 3 months of waiting I was finally able to get it fixed. The interior is made of very cheap plastic and poorly assembled there is always a new rattle somewhere inside the cabin.

five star
My Palisade has everything I was looking for. Though,I'm still trying to get used to the button operated trans.
