2000 Hyundai Elantra Wagon
My Hyundai is very reliablity. It has not given me any trouble in 5 years. For the price I paid ( $12,400.00 )and the miles I have driven ( 90,000 ) I think I made a very good deal.
Few flaws but good
The car has great road handling especially if you take the time to listen to the engine with nothing on. Also a few gizmos might need a little work on timimg, but I did buy an automatic.

Good overall, except for transmition
I bought this car for value and I think I have it. I'll be paying it off tomorrow and know that with the warranties it's guaranteed to last many more years! The transmition is my biggest complaint since it's not-so- tight and it had to be repaired. Hyundai's not perfect but they've come a long way, baby! So many standard features for very little money.
Excellent Car For The Money
I have had only one thing go wrong with this car. Spark Plugs and wires went bad causing the car to run rough and the check engine light to come on. Anyway this also happened to someone else I know, so don't worry if yours does the same thing, just try new plugs/wires first. That is such a minor issue to have happened with my $12,000 Hyundai in 110,00 miles that I can only say that this is one reliable vehicle that will treat any owner well. I bought it for the warranty, assuming they were built to last, and I was right. I love the car.
Decent Set of Wheels
This car is comfortable and is easy to drive both long and short distances in. Smooth Start from the line, but could use a little more kick. Great for a family.
