2026 Honda Passport Consumer Reviews

Amazing SUV
I have been driving the 2026 Passport for almost 2 weeks and have 500 miles. Thought I'd do a quick initial review now. Positives- The cars engine has a ton of power even in normal drive mode. I have seen complaints about this but I had a twin turbo V6 on my previous car and this engine on sport+sport mode is smoother with almost the same power out put. 10/10 Paint quality on the white is very high even sparkling. I didn't get any welding defects build quality is solid. I love the faux leather/cloth interior super high quality and looks great. Orange accent lighting adds a ton of atmosphere. 10/10 Steering and handling has been a 10/10. Excellent turning radius and smooth handling. On road drive quality is great 9/10 just can feel the larger tires a bit at high speeds. Negatives- I got some windshield cracks first day I owned it. Maybe a lower quality windshield but could just be the area I live. Entertainment system has had software bugs and has needed dealership updates. Needing to go to the dealership for software updates and getting a error message on the dash are annoying but not anything major. 6/10 The under body of the car is a bit difficult to wash. Features i would have liked to have that the Elite trim has- Acoustic glass would be nice and cooled seats as well. The rest of the upgraded features I really would never use like the trail cam or 360 camera. I personally preffer the 360 sensors on this model cause 360 cameras give me a migraine.

Game Changer
This is a standout and while perhaps not the off-roading depth of a few competitors, it far outweighs other vehicles in its class!

Roomy, rugged, reliable
I was shopping for a suv/pickup for past year. Ford, Toyota dealers wanted prices 3 to 5k above sticker. I owned several suvs and even a dually over the past 40 years. For me, looks, comfort and reliability is key with reasonable maintenance costs. Then I watched a video whereas most people spend 95 percent of their driving in normal conditions. Then I saw the Honda Passport. Went to dealer and was able to test drive which sold me. First and second rows are extremely comfortable with all the bells and whistles. Toyota and Ford are tight especially in the back and to me drive like your off road. Honda is nice and smooth, but gives me off road and constant 4 wheel drive with a reliable V6. Saved a little below sticker and even negotiated a 10 year bumper to bumper 10 year warranty. Put 2k on my Honda and absolutely know I made the right choice with zero regrets. Love my choice!
Radient Red Trailsport
Have almost 2000 miles on it. Had a 2021 Pilot that I bought new and put 115000 miles on it. Been driving Hondas since 1986. This is by far my favorite. It looks better and bigger in person than in pictures. The ride is quiet and smooth. The seats comfortable. The controls and info systems are well laid out and work well. Back seat room is ample as is the luggage area.
